I must confess I’m a bit crap at leaving reviews on Amazon despite the fact that I buy a lot from the platform. However on this occasion, I do have to leave a review because what came out of the box was a fantastic piece of kit without a blemish or scratch on it. It was easy to load up and is a game changer for my writing work for which I now need a large screen for formatting and artwork. Despite initially fearing the worst when the DPD courier literally dropped the box on my doorstep in front of my eyes, for the price and the quality of the product - this is definitely up there as one of the best things I’ve bought on Amazon.

Item is in great condition and works perfectly, present for my son who is extremely happy with it. Would highly recommend

As title says it’s a great bit of kit, only gripe was their was no documentation meaning that unless you have some knowledge of computers which fortunately I do, a novice would be running blind. But when up and running it takes some beating, and you can even improve its performance by adding a external SSD drive to one of its extra ports to make you pc run even faster with no mechanical drive, to depend on in fact you can still boot from either drive and you obviously have even more space to add your software. Well and truly satisfied with me refurbished 2017 iMac and thank you to Apple staff who made a 72 year old gadget pensioner a happy man THANKS .

Good condition works as it should do but insufficient packing for the item itself if mishandled or accidentally dropped there would of been damage with just an empty box with a few airbags around it needs more packing in my opinion keyboard that was supplied with it works although the mouse was absolutely useless didn’t work at all so I just replaced it with my old mouse from my old pc

Very happy with the iMac, came as described, well packed and with all the extras.Specs were spot one and was not able to find any marks or scratches on the iMac at all.The large screen made it prefect for using with my laser software.If or when I need another machine, I will be happy to come back to this seller.

"I recently purchased an Apple iMac described as being in 'excellent condition' with 80% battery life. Unfortunately, this was not the case at all. The device must be plugged in to turn on, indicating that the battery is completely non-functional. Additionally, the battery information has been erased from the system settings, making it impossible to check the battery status. To make matters worse, the device appears to be under some kind of admin control, raising serious privacy concerns. I expected a fully functional product but received a device that does not meet the advertised specifications at all. Very disappointed." please be aware of scams. This Imac must have been reset to factory setting but instead is on the Admin control which raise serious concern and I ask Amazon to investigate the seller. Please be aware.

Packaged in original packaging, looks almost new. Screen perfect. All the specs as advertised but actually a 2019 model instead of the 2017 model, which is nice.Nice deal but ended up returning because I hadn't realised this wouldn't serve as a monitor for my Lenovo laptop, but that fault's on me for not checking first.
