Very bed product missing parts please provide part

Nice product with one groove mising.
Nice produt, only one issue, dosent have groove in one of inlets and had to get it done to install 3rd pipe provided with with this mixture to connect it with RO. Rest all ok. They say Japanease company product. But this sort of quality check issues are not found any of Japanease products.

Product life is almost 1.5 years
I purchased the product in December 2022. It has only been 1.5 years and it has already started leaking badly (Note that the product was always handled smoothly). It is not even easy to contact someone to fix the product under warranty.

Colour fades with time.
The tap is okay not very easy to install will definitely need an experienced plumber. The built quality is satisfactory but the black paint on the tap has started to come out from places in just about 2 months use.
