Great value. Work great.
I was looking for a less expensive option for my plantar fasciitis. The pair my doctor sold for $35 (light blue in pics) worked great but I wanted more pairs. The Homergy heel cups are slightly less soft and cusiony but for the price they can't be beat. They are a little larger too which, for my foot, causes the front edge to rub slightly on the ball of my foot. I think trimming them down will fix that. I recommend these as a good value alternative to the more expensive brands.

Better!
I don't think anything is an instant cure for foot pain, plantar fasciitis in particular. But these help immensely when you have to put running shoes or any kind of full shoe on your feet that doesn't have the arch support or sole insert for your shoes. I can golf for four hours (I take a cart!) and I can walk around with these in my shoes with much more comfort than without them!

Low quality
The silicone was of low quality because after using the inserts for a month or so, it started to break at the borders. In addition, it doesn't stay fixed under your heel; it displaces forward and becomes uncomfortable. I've had to take off my sneakers and put them back on the heel of the shoe.

Must buy for Sever's disease
These gel heel cups are great for anyone suffering from Sever's disease. Heel pain has substantially improved after using these.

Decent product
They work reasonably well. You can't transfer them from one pair of shoes to another because sticky bottom is a "one use" adhesive.
