Love this thing it really works good
Man what a deal! A set of digital calipers for nine bucks after tax outstanding! But what makes it really impressive is the fact that it not only works at a $9 price point but it is accurate down to thousands of an inch I can't stress enough when you're dealing with things or material that small/thin how important it is to be precise when a thousandth of an inch can be the difference between success or failure in this thing does it for $9!! I don't think I've ever used so many exclamation points in a review before LOL it looks great it's easily readable it seems to be built well and it feels fairly sturdy. I can't speak to the battery life because I haven't had it long enough yet to know how good it is battery wise but I will say this it comes with the battery and on top of that it comes with an extra battery for when that one runs out which I think is very generous again at $9 LOL I mean how much does a watch battery cost? Could you get two of them with this thing I'm just very happy with my purchase I love this product all the way around. Though there is one feature I'm not the biggest fan of but it would not sway me from making the same decision again, but whenever you move the caliper so say you have it turned off and then you open it up it automatically turns itself on and gives you the reading which is actually kind of cool in its own way, but this thing reads all the way down to 0.1 mm so you can move it in such a way that it doesn't even open but if it feels the movement it's turning on and I'm not saying like you can shake it around in your hand you know whatever no problem but if you put the slightest amount of pressure in between those teeth even if it's so small you can't see the opening it can feel it and will turn on, but if anything I think that speaks again to how good/cool this is It's accurate and can pick up the tiniest amount of space / distance

Must have tool for 3D printing!
Inexpensive and works like a charm. Durable for what I use it for, 3D printing. This is a game changer as bambu labs prints scaled with mm. I can get a more precise measurement of the object I'm going to scale versus the ruler/measure tape. This has simplified the printing process with it's quick and easy to read display! Is this used for major woodworking/construction? No, opt for the stainless version for that.Comes with an extra battery as well, which is nice considering the price of batteries now a days.

Not bad for the price.
I bought two of these for production in my company. The accuracy out of the box varied between .002 and .006in. Plenty accurate for my needs but some may need more. I compared these to Shars and Mitutoyo. The Mitutoyo being my go to and the one I trust. But for someone not needing that accuracy these seem great. My only other complaint is they are a bit rough to slide open and shut. Noticeably different than the others. The Mitutoyo of course is the smoothest... Not bad for 15$ we will see how they hold up.

I like it alot
Works so far. Seems accurate and well built… it is made of plastic but I can honestly say that I have never personally considered using ANY instrument meant for precise measurements as a hammer so I feel like it will hold up just fine! If you want a digital caliper that doubles as a pry bar… this might not be the one for you!

Very handy for maintenance at home
Very pleased with this so far. The screen is easy to read and accuracy has been spot on for routine maintenance and checks around the house and on my motorcycle and jeep. The slide moves easily and it comes in a decent plastic case. A solid option for home DIYers.

50% failure rate.
One worked, one didn't. No issues with one, but the other didn't work at all. Blinking display no matter what I did. Not complaining overall as one replaced a cheap caliper. Buy two, get one that works. I'm not going to waste my time returning the bad one.
