Overcooks quickly. Don't keep it to long in the water.
It overcooks too quickly and quickly loses its elasticity, which is a disadvantage considering that it then needs to be fried and cooked further. Don't keep in the boiling water more than 5 minutes.

Product quality and everything is good, but when I am trying to re-order the pack of 2 it is adding 4 packets into the cart and charging me accordingly, seems to be an issue with the listing or the way MOQ is setup

Noodles are good, cooks in less than 30mins of soaking in hot water.

wrong cooking instructions
i had eaten flat rice noodles in china. and became a big fan of it, much healthier than normal noodle..so thought to try this.....firstly cooking instructions are so wrong....failed few times...so ultimately wasted a bit...finally found online how to cook it...keep your sautéed veggies etc with sauces cooked and ready....then finally just when you are ready to eat, soak required amount in luke warm water for 10min. in another pan boil water, after 10min, just put this soaked noodles for 2 to 3 min...dont overcook it... when it is soft and white....strain and put in sauce,mix and Sautee for 2min o high flame....consume immediately...tastes best

Good product
It's a new brand for us but we decided to try it out. You must follow cooking instructions to get the real al dente flavor or they will break into tiny pieces while tossing in the wok!

Received opened packet
There is no expiry date mentioned and one packet inside was open. Seller should not sending open packets.The quality of the noodles is good. Needed it for Pad Thai and had no time to return and reorder.
