The mic mute button is very difficult to work. The ear sponge is not good quality. Sound is good and Overall it is usable

Not good enough!
Range is not as much as expected and the most annoying thing is that it starts to speak/warn about "out of range" in the middle of an ongoing conversation. I have three other bluetooth headphones for music and calls and they don't have this annoyance. This particular Promate bluetooth headset is therefore a big let down.
