There's a review here titled "Zero Customer Support" ...that review is spot on!Absolutely can not get any software to work on my brand new HP Envy...(HP flagship laptop) not can I get the app to work on my cell!So aor the basic functions seem to work on the unit but without the app it can't be upgraded and can't access some of the functions like wireless or any form of remote.I have tried to contact RGBLink and the response received matches the other reviewers experience.I am not impressed... This appears to be a somewhat sketchy Chinese company ...I saved a few bucks on the purchase which in the end ...turns out..."You get what you pay for"

Excelente suiche de cámara de video, tiene 4 entradas HDMI y tiene una salida para ver el previo en un monitor, tiene efectos de transición, fácil de manejar y durante más de 2 años usándolo todos los sábados durante 4 horas transmitiendo en vivo jamás ha fallado, que es lo único, que se calienta demasiado, pero lo coloco siempre sobre unos ventiladores y ya, lo hago tan solo por precaución, claro está vivo en una ciudad de clima caliente, con obs funciona perfecto, con filmora en grabaciones también. Excelente producto.

I bought the Mini Pro a month ago and have successfully used it for live streams four times. Unfortunately, I can't get the app to work. (I'm on an iPhone 14 Pro) The app opens on my phone, but does not "find" my splitter. I have entered my IP addess into the device, but no go.Additionally, I've downloaded the Xpose software on my PC, Windows 10, and can install it. But every time I open it I get a message saying "this app won't run on this computer."I have reached out to RGBLink customer service through their website four times over a three week period. I get a boiler plate email saying they've received by inquiry, but no one from the company has followed up to help my with the app or the software.I need the software to work so I can put a watermark on the live streams. I need the app to work so I can control camera switching from my phone, instead of walking over to the splitter for each switch.The functionality of the product is good. But the lack of support is ridiculous, especially with four inquiries outstanding that I know their system received. You might want to consider a different product if the app and software aspects are important to you for this splitter.

This was my second attempt at using this product. Both failed both in different ways. The first one the output would just drop signal. I would have to unplug it and plug it back in numerous times to get it to finally work. The second one there was no frames around the input pictures on the the video monitor. The T-bar was backwards, And again I had to do hard reboots numerous times to get it to finally not drop signal. The audio input and outputs are so recessed. In. You can only use their 3.5 mm plugs. I was unable to use any of my existing adapters or cables with it.

Had high hopes for this tool. Best price for something of this caliber on Amazon. The device itself seems pretty intuitive however, I intended to use the mobile software to manage the device from my iPad as I control my streams from a desk aware from my streaming computers. Unfortunately, upon accessing Google Play, the software is developed for an older version of Android OS making it not useful on my phone.I was able to install it via the iPad however, it's not an ideal situation for me as I use the iPad for controlling the streaming software.The latest update of the Windows software was from February 2023 meaning it has not been updated since then. If I were you I would look into other devices that have been maintained. I will most likely be sending this unit back and waiting for a sale of something else.High hopes... Dashed.p.s. I'm giving it two starts because it does seem very well built.
