Great value

Worked fine good shipping

Just what I needed.

Fast shipping. Works as advertised. I'm using the DPDT relay contacts to route RS232 to two different sensors depending on the state of the relay. and am using the pulse input to switch relay. The board supply at 12V draws 5 ma when quiescent and about 45 ma when latched, so I use the NC contacts for my primary sensor and NO for the less used sensor..Screw down unused terminals, Check to see if you have 12v relay before applying Vcc, Cover contacts and switch with blue tape and spray with conformal coating. Cover the Pic chip also if you plan on changing it.

Returned

Was returned because would not read the 'open' signal.

Useful for all sorts of projects but finicky

This is a handy little device for any electronic geek project. Surprising how many uses I've jimmy'd one up to. Currently one is used to disengage an ro water system once the tanks are full so it doesn't retrigger if the line pressure drops... until we reset it.Update; I do have to agree with a.few other posts. While it is handy, it seems this one is a lot more sensitive than the spdt version. It can be false triggered easily by stray signals. Also as I found out, a positive signal on the inputs if not dramatically reduced with a resistor will cook the micro on it. Even at 7v

Clever little device perfect for my application

Using mine to have indicator lights for the tank selector in my 1984 C20. Those switches won’t stay in one spot so I’m always wondering which empty tank I’m running off of....After power is removed then reapplied, it remembers which light was last lit. I’ve got it wired up to the tank wiring harness and am powering two tiny leds that will be mounted on either side of the gas gauge.

Love it! False triggering resolved!

This is a great product! I use it a lot in my custom audio business.I first experienced a lot of the false triggering being reported here, but found that if I run a shielded cable to my button the issue completely goes away.Hopefully that helps someone out there..

Too sensitive to vibrations, too many false triggers.

This did not do what I expected, but my 2 star rating is based upon what it does do. The instructions are not really clear, and the seller admits that. Here are the biggest problems I found regarding functionality:1. Unused terminals must be tightened down quite well - if not, a vibration may cause unwanted contact and triggering (happened many times during 30 minute test.2. Pulse terminal is too sensitive. Schematic shows it should be attached to ground with a simple SPST switch to trigger. This works. But, it also works just by touching any short piece of ungrounded metal to it (like an insulated jewelers screwdriver or a 6-inch piece of 20awg wire).3. Possible short between terminal 1 (ground) and 2 (pulse). Sometimes a touch on terminal 1 of the 6-inch wire mentioned above triggered the switch, but it shouldn't.

Great little relay

Nicely engineered 12 volt relay, two sets of dry NO and NC contacts, I really like that there is a sharp “click” when the relay energizes and de-energizes, and there is a red light that indicates that the relay is energized.
