Fast shipping. Just tried some. Soft, succulent and not artificially sweetened. Just how I like them. If you do the math on weight and price, not significanty more than their competition. Chock full of fiiber and powerful antioxidants. Comparably low in carbohydrates compared to other fruits. I will reorder.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is our favorite prune, tasty, not dried out and organic. Not cheap but local CA grown at a family farm.

I normally don't review things right away, but I just got home at 5 AM and these were sitting here - came absurdly quickly.I would give these a rating of around 11.7 out of a scale of 10. There was a level I would have hoped for at best, these exceeded that. I have gotten prunes that were so dry I felt I was participating in a chewing competition, and I question whether that kind of product was likely to assist me with my main goal, which is - I think we all know. Salads, fiber, and now these. I don't want any more problems with the flow of goods.These are juicy, succulent, even gooey, and I like them that way. If you want the shriveled leather things that can dull knives and require a chisel to split in two, these aren't it. You will likely have to rinse your fingers or use a fork with these. But I have the complete sense that if what I just got from the first pouch is the way they generally are, they have a new customer. I'd use words like excellent, wonderful, exactly what I was hoping for plus more. Flavor is totally awesome, and I don't taste the usual preservatives, which I have not liked since I was three years old.I would recommend these without reservation.Follow-up a month later:Wow, these are amazing. I had ordered prunes before, and what came was so dry and so solid it really was useless for my purpose, which is regularity. This company seems to understand that completely, and their product is the perfect texture for that purpose. I have to use a fork or medical/food-prep gloves, because otherwise my fingers are coated with a gooey residue. I've had prunes that were like brittle plastic, and that wasn't an issue with those, but you couldn't chew them. You had to soak them for a while, and what you ended up with just wasn't very appealing. These things? Kind of astonishing how rich and appealing they are. They're naturally very sweet, so I can only eat so many, but that's probably a good thing. Seriously, it probably is.I'm upgrading my rating to a 12.6 out of 10. This is a stellar product, does the job I hired it to do, and it's one of the only good things I've experienced or gotten from California in a long time. I still think they should form their own country, I wish they weren't part of ours, but if we're stuck with them at least they have good prunes.

Prunes are clumped together but not too mushy, nice rich, sweet flavor. These prunes didn’t shrivel up as much in the refrigerator compared to Co-op prunes that I’ve purchased. I wish the price was lower.

Product arrived on time, exactly how I had expected. From the reviews, I knew the prunes are very moist and would be smashed together, like a pancake. That's not a problem for me.I am very cautious because of the warnings about the pits. I've finished one bag and haven't encountered any pits. But did come across a little piece in the second bag. I'm grateful for all the warnings from the reviews.I'm happy with the product. It tastes good and that it's organic and dried slowly, without adding chemicals. Will buy again.

So I purchased this product with being a little hesitant because I’ve been eating Sunsweet D’noir prunes for over 12 years. But lately, the quality has diminished so I found this brand and omg, I think they’re better and they weren’t all soggy and melted as one big prune. So and they’re a little bit more affordable in price. My wife and I use Prebiotic fibers for supporting the micro biome use prunes for digestion. looks like you have a new customer for life if you change the quality then shame on you.

This is my first experience wi5 prunes, and 5e we are delicious. I had no idea that prunes were so healthy, especially for bone health. In addition we all know about the FIBER benefits. So happy to have found this quality brand

I do NOT recommend this product at all. On the first bit of the first prune i took from the bag, my tooth cracked from a partial pit. I was so aggregated by the incident, and upset by the pain. I emailed the company describing the event and was disappointed to receive an inappropriate reaction, offering me a refund for the bag, and reminding me that there is a warning on the back of the bag for “an occasional pit partial pit”s. First of all, when you encounter a partial pit on the very ifirst bite, this is not “occasional”. The warning on the back should be “contains partial pits”. That would be a fair warning to customers. The company is shaking off responsibility for my cracked tooth at this point, but this is not over. They will need to compensate me for my suffering. It is their responsibility. If their machines are not working well in removing the pits, they need to their suffering customers for that. I am waiting for an ail back from them.
