Great set of parts here. Good quality components used to build the little component boards, standard jumper leads etc. everything you need to get coding and experimenting with the Micro:Bit... I’m sure it said the board wasn’t included in the listing but I missed it, and I guess I’m used to the Raspberry pie starter sets that included the board. So I was surprised and disappointed when I opened it up, grabbed my little case and no board to be found.

My kid loves this and it is so fascinating to learn how things work around us through it like thermometers, soedometers and soil moisture sensors. The only downside is some of the parts get stuck because they fit so tight -for example, my kid won’t use the battery because the battery pack connector is so hard to extract from the microbit!

I purchased this for my son, he is in a programing and coding class in school. This was the perfect beginner kit because it includes a mother board chip so he is able to create many different codes. Great price range, complete kit needed for the class and we be will be adding a little robot to go with it soon!

This is a great set to buy for the aspiring engineer. My youngest son has loved tinkering with it!
