Surprising Quality and Longevity — Perfect Sampler
I wasn’t expecting much from generic roll-ons, but these blew me away. Each of the five 10ml bottles is a solid impression of popular designer colognes, and they last longer than some name-brand sprays I've tried. The oils are smooth, not greasy, and absorb well. I get compliments almost daily, and the compact roll-ons are perfect for carrying in your pocket or bag. It’s a great way to try out different scents without committing to expensive bottles. For the price, this set is an absolute steal. Highly recommend it—especially as a gift or for anyone who wants to smell amazing on a budget.

PROS: Save $$$, Longer Lasting, Easy Travel/Application. CONS: No dry-downs, Can Be Cloying.
Okay. I am not gonna lie. I own many of these fragrances myself, so I feel that I can adequately describe what you gain (or subsequently loose) with these fragrance oils.OIL VS. EDT or EDP (Oils vs. Alcohols)I know everyone wants to smell their best, but the last thing they want is to pay a fortune while doing so. With that said, some of these oils also last longer than their real fragrance counter-part. For instance, QFO's Allure Homme Sport projects about an extra 2-3 hours. For me, Allure Homme Sport ETD becomes a skin sent in about 2 hours, but with the oils I get 5-6 hours of full on projection. Call it beast-mode if you will, however, there are a few slight differences with fragrance oils. You definitely know when you are wearing the Chanel vs. the oil because the Chanel breaks down into a smoother and alluring dry-down. This is called the "dry-down" and its where you can break apart the notes. With the oil, on the other hand, they kind of mimic the opening, but give you a consistent smell through-out the fragrance. Definitely the oil smells less "refined", but for 5-6 bucks, I could not ask for anything better. The reality is if someone gets a waft of you, they'll think you smell great. And if they are an enthusiast, they may even ask you what you or wearing or guess it for themselves.DESIGNER OILSFor QFO's average designer scents (Acqua Di Gio/Light Blue/Dior Sauvage/1 Million), you can't go wrong. They are all slightly little off, Light Blue and 1 Million imparticularly for me. That's not to say that if you were given a strip of the oil and the real parfum, you could be able to match all of them. I know for many people, what it really boils down to is the price. For 6-7 bucks, you can have something that in a department store costs you 3-4x that amount (for the mL you get). Forget the slight variations or the minuta of fragrances, you're willing to pay 15% of the actual cost for 85% of the quality.NICHE OILSAs for some of their niche scents, I found Silver Water Mountain to be egregious. Smells way too alcoholish and ting/musky compared to the real one. I guess SWM was never a favorite to begin with, but I'd say this version did not even remotely resemble it. QFO's Aventus Creed on the other hand is a close related cousin. Of course you will run into the same issues as before with composition and definition, but there are so many clones of this out there that aren't that well-defined either. Thus, I'd actually put this oil up in the top clone list... probably right under Club de Nuit by Armaf (THE Aventus Clone everyone and their momma seems to have). I have not touched any of their Tom Ford collections. Maybe a trigger-happy buy for later.OTHER NOTES:Other things to ponder: think of the advantages of something that can placed in your pocket and easily applied. If you are just getting into fragrances and do not have a whole bunch of money to spend (under 30), this is a no-brainer. I mean you could either spend your money for a real cologne "cheapie" that lasts 5 mins on your skin or you could dabble in the smells (plural) that people fork over their Benjamins to procure. This goes especially towards college or high school students that want to smell like an adult, but without having to spend their entire allowance. In any case, anything that keeps the kiddos from smelling like Axe body spray, I am all down for!

Great fragrance, not sure how close it is to the real thing
Smells great, as I’ve never been able to smell authentic Creed Aventus, I can’t say how close it is to the real thing. I also wear Armaf Club de Nuit Intense, and this is very similar, it has a strong citrus fragrance at first, though, unlike Armaf, it’s not a Bergamot scent, but it has many similarities. Only thing is, it does not last very long, only a couple hours. Again, I’ve never smelled real Aventus so can’t compare it

Good. Close - but not quite.
I ordered nine of these “impressions” of colognes I’ve been wearing for the past 5-6 years.. and while they are “close”, some are better than others and some are “not quite.”I got these to bring when traveling as I’d rather not carry a $450 bottle of Creed with me on a plane, and decanting is bothersome. I was excited to see how these held up. Verdict: they’ll do in a pinch, but I’d say they’re hit or miss.First, the packaging was good, but nothing is going to stop something like this from leaking when delivered to me here in Colorado at 7500 ft. They were all leaking, but that’s normal up here. Not enough to lose much product, but enough to be messy. Just beware if you live at higher altitudes. So, as for the scents.Creed Aventus - Probably the most sought after here, and probably the most off the mark of the bunch. I have three batches of Aventus from 2015-2022, and this really smells nothing like them. You get an overly citrus-y note that IS there in Aventus, but the oil is missing the deeper, more musky and sweaty masculine, almost pheromone-ish nuance of the original. Interesting on its own, through. Not bad smelling, but a miss as compared to Aventus.Creed Sublime Vanille (my wife wears this) - VERY close. A little “sweeter” than the original and not as “pure”, but super close. Surprising.Creed Silver Mountain Water - Rather close, but not quite. Too “flowery”. Has a little too much violet or bergamot. Need to tone down the floral and it’d be spot on.Creed Spice and Wood - Close, but weakened. Lacks the sharpness of the original - muted and rounded, but the same essence. Would trick an a casual nose.Creed Green Irish Tweed - Essence is there, but too soapy. This is a classic that people will notice when “off”, and this is a little off. Would it fool someone from 10 ft away at the end of the day? Maybe.Creed (Millesime) Inperial - VERY close. Again, slightly overdone on the sweet side. Seems to be a trend. But close. I’d try to pass this one off and see.Thierry Mugler A*Men - The essence is there again, but too sweet and bubblegum-y. Misses the slight musk. Good on its own, but it’s not A*Men. Fades WAY too quick, while A*Men lasts.Tom Ford Noir Extreme - close at first sniff, but misses the dark, night-time amber and jasmine that makes this so special. Clearly an imitation. And a cheap one at that. No sillage, whereas the original projects like a movie.Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille - Almost spot on! The best of the bunch, and surprising. Something’s a little on the chemical side vs the original, but on skin you’re gonna be hard pressed to tell. Pleasantly surprised. Will use this. Question is will it last a night.Overall, 3/5. While good to play with and get a taste for things, don’t worry, your collections of originals aren’t threatened by this. For the price though? This won’t fool an aficionado, but it’ll work on a first date. Will I use them? I’ll see. I think I’ll try a comparison on each for a day and update this vs first impressions. The best: Tobacco Vanille, Sublime Vanille, and “Imperial”.The worst (as compared to the original): Noir Extreme, Aventus and A*Men..Do any smell bad? No. I think the biggest issue will be longevity. We’ll see, and I’ll update.
