So far, So good :)Very happy with this bidet shower/shataff. The shower head has a great spray and is comfortable to use. The controls are very easy to work, and it looks very nice with the chrome back-plate.Only a one small niggle (not the shower) is that you need to be cautious when you first turn it on, as the water can be very hot before the cold mixes in......... so be careful.Arrived quickly, and was well packaged.Defo recommend to anyone looking for an amazing bidet shower.

It was fitted by a builder. No issue, look and feel so premium. Its been 2 months so far no leak. I recommend this to anyone who is thinking of finning one.

Worked perfectly for 3 months then the tap head started leaking. The item is under a 5 year warranty, so I looked on Amazon for product support, you have to contact the supplier direct. The supplier said that 'We are Amazon's supplier and do not deal with individual customers.' and that I have to speak to Amazon Customer services. Since then, they have ignored my e-mails.Amazon customer services can only arrange a return and replacement of the full item. This is plumbed into the infrastructure of my bathroom. I'd need a plumber to take it out and cap off the supply to get a replacement some weeks later than get the plumber back to re-install, just because of a faulty tap head that screws on and off the hose.They must know that total replacement is not a cost effective method of dealing with their faulty product and are refusing to engage with my correspondence.For the few months that it worked without leaking, superb product. My experience thereafter has been significantly poor.

I installed it today. I’m not a plumber but I do my own plumbing successful for many years, taps, shower, radiators etc if you are handy it’s worth a go.The overall quality is good.The instructions are non existent, the booklet you get in the pack is for many many different versions that are also on Amazon but not the one I purchased (see photo)My biggest gripe with this is the missing 15 mm couplers that I feel should be included in this pack.My advice for installation is use as much PTFE TAPE when attaching the 15mm couplers to the body of the mixer and screw it up really really tight. I had to detach and tighten mine twice and almost gave up as I had two small leaks. It’s annoying because as you build it up and cut out the area to fix it to find a leak at the end is a big issue to dismantle and effectively start over so when you get to the point where you can test the fittings and water flow you should before finalising it. This frankly will save you loads of time. I was a bit over confident as I don’t ever have leaks with my plumbing so this was a surprise. Anyway. This really is value for money if you can install it yourself, if I had to pay a plumber it would be an expensive adventure.Overall it works as intended and the mixer hot/cold works really nice and the pressure control is very good. It’s powerful if you need it to be.

Very good quality shower mixer. Looks elegant. Fitter liked the design and the materials to fit it perfectly.

The fittings don't feel cheap and it hasn't had leaking issues so far.Its a standard fit so plumber had no issues in the installation.hot/cold switch and pressure control are seamless.
