Perfect STEM game
I got this for my 5- and 8-year-old, and it was a hit! They both love STEM toys, and so do I, since they make learning fun while keeping those curious little brains engaged. This one did not disappoint—it turned math practice into an interactive and exciting game rather than just another lesson. One of the best features is the ability to select different difficulty levels, so both of my kids could find something suited to them. My younger one could start with the basics, while my older child got more of a challenge, making it a toy they can grow with. The combination of hands-on play and digital interaction kept them interested for much longer than I expected. If you're looking for a fun, educational toy that actually holds kids' attention while reinforcing math skills, this is a great choice. It’s a fantastic way to make learning feel like play!

Great system put you need an ipad
I did not realize when I purchased this for my son you need to download the app to this software on an existing iPad in order to utilize the games. Once i figured it out (and it was time consuming to set up) he enjoyed it very much. There are tons of choices. I was not thrilled he was spending more time on his electronics as I was trying to find phonics games for him to practice off his iPad and the TV. He was grew bored of it quickly and seemed overwhelmed by the choices. It was expensive and I didn’t think it was worth the money. If your child loves being on their iPad for long periods of time; enjoys online games and lots of choices, this is a good option for them to improve their reading and spelling. You will need to help them set up and get used to the games and system. My son is 6 and entering 1st grade. I am hoping he will get more use out of it as he gets older. Size is good, appearance and color are good.

Read compatibility carefully before buying
My child owns the Playshifu Earth and Mars which he loved but like most things, grew out of at this point. He is an advanced speller 3 grades up and stumbling up on this product was great to help him keep the momentum at school. Well, it’s nothing like the other 2 Playshifu products we own. In fact, the brand isn’t even Playshifu which tells me it’s one of those stretches companies make to expand product line at the cost of quality/original brand. This piece of junk is so frustrating even for an adult, wasn’t compatible with our iPad Pro, Amazon fire 2024 or any of the tablets we have at home. And you need to aim the camera is aligned to “see” the letters. How in the world do they expect that level of precision from kids? I had bought 2, one as a gift too but surely going back. Now I’ve just wasted my time ordering, returning and also writing this review for nothing. Hopefully, someone else out there saves themselves the trouble

Make Sure to Read Tablet Requirements and Updates
I was so excited to get this going for my son but it was a bit difficult to get set up. I couldn’t sync the keys to my sons iPad because it was the right version, I couldn’t synch it to his brothers iPad because it needed a newer update and when I finally downloaded the app to my iPhone to give it a try, there was a lag time between the letter placement and the app reading it. To be fair, we are not the most tech savvy family so others may not have the same issue but I hoped it would be simpler for a kids learning tool.

This was an absolutely hit with the 5 year old! She will sit and play it for hours! We are now in the process of collecting all they make!
