ChefmasterAirbrush Spray Food Color, 9-Ounce, Midnight Black

My husband does coffee etching and this works great for his outlining on the latte foam. Nice dark black and no taste.

Used it to airbrush some cupcakes it doesn't go black black it has a green tint to it. Have to try it when I mix it with my whipped cream to see if it goes black

I didn’t use this in a spray machine, but rather straight into the frosting. Dried nice and black. Perfect for my boyfriend’s Mustafar cake!

I find myself using black more than I thought I would, good to have a bigger bottle on hand.

I used an airbrush for this food coloring and it only took one coat. I started with a light gray icing (used a tiny bit of Chefmaster black gel food coloring). I didn't want to have to use a lot of food color because I didn't want to affect the flavor of my icing (Swiss meringue buttercream made from scratch). The color came out amazing and the taste of the cake was even better. I will definitely order more of these products in the future.

Only knocking off one star because the bottle won't stand up. I didn't choose the product because I needed a bottle so it isn't a crisis, but I do have limited space for color in my kitchen so the bottle constant falling down on a shelf above my work space is a problem. When I empty another bottle I'll have to switch it over because I can't constantly be fixing the bottles.
