This is the perfect small size, great price and excellent type of straw for my feral cats' shelter! I have a large woodern house (considered a 'small' dog house) on my front porch for the feral cats and was gratified this one bale was enough for this house. I always sprinkle a little cat nip over the straw, and sure enough, someone was sleeping in the house last night! This is 'real' straw, not that fine stuff that some sellers pass off as straw.

Just the right size for our harvest festival at church / trunk or treat

This was smaller than I expected. However, I did use it to elevate pumpkins and it worked perfectly.

I ordered this to "stuff" my scarecrow. Unfortunately, it comes in pieces - not long strands - so it was difficult to work with. Lots of waste.
