ZHENG GU SHUI - External Analgesic Lotion, 3 Oz

My older cousins recommended this to me. I took a chance and tried it. It really works and beats anything else I have tried. Will certainly buy this again.

This product is wonderful. I use it when my lower back acts up and on my thumb and little finger that has issues in the joints. My husband gets leg cramps at night and it's his go to for relief. It is easy to apply and it works.

I have problems with circulation in the right side of my body ever since I injured my low back sometime in the 90's (injured a disc). So far I've had chiropractic adjustments and acupuncture treatments for this ongoing medical problem. I have taken as much as 1600 mg of Ibuprofen a day for pain. This liniment has gotten me off my painkillers, which is a blessing in itself. I also recently badly bruised my foot and jammed a toe when I tripped over an object in my apartment. It was so painful I could barely walk until I began treating it with this liniment. Within no time (2 days at most) it took away the pain and began to heal. Also have a disability for my right knee discovered while I was on active duty for the military. Lately I was having problems with swelling in this knee and it was feeling so tender that I could hardly bend it or put pressure on it to get into bed. I treated it also with the liniment right before going to bed and slept with my feet elevated. By morning the swelling was down considerably and the pain/tenderness was gone. I can bend it easily now. My doctor is open to alternative medicine and says the Chinese have been using medicines effectively for far longer than we have and if it makes me feel better, by all means use it! I cannot recommend this product highly enough. I am in my 70's and have tried many different products of this nature and this is the best by far. It is also easy to use--just tip the applicator upside down and it covers your skin with no mess, no fuss without getting it all over your hands in the process. Some liniment odor, but it dissipates as it dries. I am using it on a daily basis to treat both my back and knee (the foot is mostly healed except for slight bruising). The smell is a bit strong but not lasting, it provides cool relief and fast!

This is an effective, roll-on liquid pain reliever, which can be used often. It's good for spot application.
