As Retired RN, I can tell you this stuff works great for preventing or mitigating upper respiratory infections. Apply it within the first hours you sense something in the back of your throat. Waiting too long results in it being ineffective. Apply immediately & use every 2 hours as directed.

I prefer Zicam nasal swabs but they were recalled by the maker for some type of swab bacteria problem. The spray adds another dimension because the spray formula helps with nasal stuffiness!

Another household sickness staple for us. These help ease congestion, but also help you get better faster. It’s truly a win win. Zicam is a life saver.

It’s good it works for a while, but it once you put it on it burns my nose inside. Do not put it too deep inside the nose.

I am really appreciating a spray instead of a swab or tablet to chew…easy and very effective. Although I always have a second bottle on hand as they may not last as long as the milder cold does

Holy grail product when I have a stuffy nose. Literally clears your airways for like 8 hours straight. Since finding this a few years ago I’ve never used those horrible zicam melts that my mom would force me to take as a kid that tasted like a cardboard orange and made my mouth feel fuzzy to get rid of a cold, just this spray.
