Glad you asked! Yes, they are GMO Free and Kosher certified from bovine sources only. This a slightly expensive (and unsung benefit) of the product so thanks for asking. The company we source the capsules from is called Capsugel.

Q: how come the product isn't certified organic by the usda or verified by a thurd party to be non-gmo and graasfed?

Because it's not USDA organic (except for the bone broth ingredient) and it's not 100% grass-fed. Otherwise that would've been stated on the label, and it would've cost more. That said, Argentinian cows and pastures are known to be of exceptional quality -- except their exports were banned in the USA from 2001 to 2018 due to containing foot and mouth disease. Presumably that means that they're now watching the quality more than ever. If you consider Kerrygold butter (also not 100% grass-fed, not organic, and not 100% non-GMO-fed) to be acceptable, then this is probably on par. Btw, keep in mind that "GMO-free" on an animal product means that the animal is not a "GMO", NOT that its feed wasn't GMO.

It doesn't explicitly say that there's blood, however, these are dried organs. Their purpose is to filter blood, use blood, pass blood through...I would assume that there is blood by product in some capacity in this product.
