Solid, mostly pre-assembled. Great quad workout. Isolates extremely well. The push up handle are exactly what I wanted. Deep drop to floor before push-up. I bought it a month ago with zero regrets

Just LOVED IT! Comes pre-assembled. Easiest machine to put it together, no instructions needed tbh. It's well made, sturdy, a must own for a home-gym. Def worth every penny spent on it.Okay. So I had my first workout session tonight, and it felt amazing. I would say this machine fit both genders around the 5:8" on height. You welcome for that height note in my review! ... :)Other machines I had to return were actually replaced based on that problem, too short, too small for tall people like me and didn't feel comfortable.So I'll keep on using my new toy at home, I will update my review later to see if it gets its 5 stars. :) Get yours ASAP!

Excellent workout, my quads and glutes look amazing

No idea how long it will last, but it seems decently solid. Came basically pre built which was nice.Works great, wanted to leave a review for other taller people. It turns out I don't even like the knee pad all the way up. I have the knee pad at about half to 2/3rd maximum height level. That way I can get really deep at the bottom of the squat and angle my body back a little at full extension. Foot pad locks you in pretty good too.Feels good on the knees, sometimes cheap stuff is pretty decent. Will update if it breaks.
