Not easy. Need to know what u doing.
I didn't realize need professional tools to separate the touch screen and led. I have let someone to do it for me.

You can't install this digitizer glass.
The models that use this digitizer/glass have "bonded glass" to the LCD. The LCD is permanantly attached to the glass and it will be destroyed even if you have the right tools and use heating. This is mentioned by many reviewers, but after working as 6 years as an LCD engineer, I assumed my result would be different. It was not. Not returning the product since there was ample warnings in the reviews.

Was not able to replace the screen - even with the tools.
This was sold for my ipad, but it turned out to be impossible to installed without significant equipment I didn't have. I knew this was not a trivial install but I've done screens on other ipads before.. but this model has the touch screen bonded to the LCD... the only way to replace the touch screen it to buy the complete screen/lcd assembly rather than this screen only. For those that have the debonding/bonding alignment equipment, this kit might be fine, though I would not expect someone that has that equipment to need the the kit of tools this kit came with.

NOT THE iPad “SCREEN”!!!
Do not buy it. You need professional tools to replace the screen (and pull vacuum from the screen and compress both together). I got to the very last step and realized I can’t make it happen without the machine. Of course they won’t tell you that. I’m almost certain whoever give this product 3 star and above are IT professionals. It will not replace the “broken screen”. Don’t waste your money.
