Swimming has always been at the top of the exercises I love doing to stay in shape. As much as I've always loved swimming, I've had to wear nose plugs my entire life -- due to the inner lining of my nose being very sensitive to any kind of water. Over these decades of my life, I have depended on the usual plastic, flesh-colored noseplugs. They're OK, but eventually give out.I recently discovered these and my only regret is that I didn't discover them sooner. They do a good job of keeping the nose closed and don't come loose very easily or often. They come with a cord -- which I secure to my bathing suit with a safety pin in case they come loose.As soon as these arrived and I had a few chances to try them out, I immediately ordered a second / spare set. I can't imagine going back to using the small, cheap, plastic kind.If you need to wear nose plugs and would like to get something better than the cheap plastic kind, give these a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
