I like the item. It's very hard and keeps my iPhone from braking or scratching. The touch screen is easy to use. The only drawback I found so far, is that when I place the phone in a place such as my shoulder bag or similar item and the glass surface is pushed by an item inside the bag, it creates a humid type of image on my screen. I unscrew the 6 screws, clean both, the phone and cover with a cloth and it goes away. When I keep it away from any other item that could touch the screen, it works fine and I have no problem. I recommend it.

Good but could be better. When I was putting on the case, I wasn’t able to put one of the screws all the way into the case. I had screwed it in multiple times and tried to use one of the extra screws but no luck. I superglued the screw just to keep it symmetrical with the case but that fell out.

If you are looking for a case that stands up to heavy and rough use, this is probably the case for you. My husband is outside all of the time and this case has protected his phone (iphone X) from drops, sawdust, etc. It makes the phone a bit bulky but my husband is still about to put it in his pocket.

The case is extraordinarily sturdy and ascetically pleasing. I've dropped my iPhone 10 numerous times without any damage to the phone...it does what it was designed to do.

Purchased for my 14 yr old son. He loves it. His phone is definitely protected. It’s not very light weight.

Didn’t receive a lightdesire. Received a cheap case with a tag SPOLEY. It was plastic foam and bulky. It was a terrible case if you can even call it a case . Don’t waste your time or money on this seller.

Having researched phone protection exhaustively, I decided on this one for my iPhone XR and here's why.We pay several hundred pounds for the phone and yet a tiny fraction on protection, which ultimately, is personal choice!I wanted a case that will survive the knocks and drops - (hopefully) - and harsh outdoor conditions. Size and weight didn't put me off this product as I carry tools and work inside and out and need the phone to be fully protected and, 'always working'. It does fit the jean and jacket pocket and you know you're carrying it so in some respects, that's a good thing.It is completely sealed within a thick 'Glove Like' rubber inner and surrounded by an aluminum shell with an excellent screen glass, held together by 6 screws.To be honest, its no different than carrying a tablet and because I use a bluetooth earphones, I don't need it to be in my hand.The phone isn't limited by this enclosure and works absolutely fine in the car's wireless charge dock and the screen is just as responsive as if it was outside the case.Access to the connector is easy with a rubber flap that is hinged and opens to allow cable connection along with a spare in the pack.The buttons respond perfectly, along with a smart little 'toggle' arm to activate' silent mode'Once you insert the sim card and happy it's setup, lock it in the case and use with confidence.Those who have handled this have said, it's more like a weapon, maybe, you never know?
