Bharath Darshan Incense - 120 Sticks Box

Excellent incense! The smell is great, also strong and there is more smoke to it than from the regular HEM brand. This particular incense has some powdery hints in the scent, a bit like a spicy floral perfume smell. I love lighting up incense inside or outside the house and I have about 7 boxes of different kinds of incense (from HEM brand to the incense you can buy at the mall) and this Bharath Darshan would be one of the stronger incense both in scent and smoke. Although if you really like it smokey, I'll go for the 16-inch sticks which are thicker so they produce a lot of smoke.

Smell can be a very personal issue. I remember reading a review for a lemongrass diffuser oil and the reviewer thought it smelled like urine. I bought the same brand and I love it. So mentioning that this incense smells great may not be a universal truth, but it's mine.I first learned of this incense after my wife came back from spending a month in Thailand with a Feng Shui master who used it there. She brought it home with her and I have been purchasing it ever since. The price is right and I received it quickly.

Very fine quality and I enjoy it leaves an aroma after done burning, even while outside.Pairs well with Chandan & Masala. Yes, Burn 4 or 5 in the garden at the same time! Well, not when you have fragrant blooms, hopefully.

I already rated it in another kind of box. After dozens I bought, this is the best. Wherever you see this photo, it's the same. Just excellent! (For me, it depends what one likes). Others are suffocating. Delicate smell, relaxing, conducive to meditation or just for the house to smell good, I buy it constantly. Very good price, always delivered on time, I am very happy with it and I will never change it!

Love this incense!! Discovered it last year in Costa Rica at a resort and couldn't find it in the US. It burns relatively fast and the smell is more sandlewood based than patchouli.

Super speedy transaction. I just don't care much for the smell of this particular kind. It smells a little too much like baby powder. It's a good product though. The incense burn for a good amount of time and if I liked this smell I'd be completely thrilled with this order.

I have to admit that I was not as impressed as my friend was for the fragrance and how it makes one "feel". Maybe its because she actually travels to that country to get hers. I don't know, but I have definitely smelled better. This is such a common smell to me. Pretty much the same smell that you'd catch walking in some sort of specialty store on a side street. When people say it alters the energy in the room, I just don't get that sensation at all.But, I will not say negative things about the price.

My favorite incense

First smelt this years ago in a hotel and asked the owner what it was. I have used dozens of different incense sticks over the years, but this is my absolutely favourite. The smell is wonderful, without being overpowering and cloying, and the subtle perfume last for ages. Lots of people have told me how lovely they think my house smells and it is nice to use something which doesn't come in an aerosol can.

Ce n'est pas l'encens habituel. Ce sont des bâtons "d'encens", dans leur emballage habituel, mais ce sont des encens médiocre, sans arôme ni qualité, imbibés d'une huile odorante (qui pue la chimie).

It took me so long to find this specific incense and it smells amazing. It has always easy to buy it back in Brasil but since I live in Canada for the past 15 years, I could only get it when I travel back home to visit my family. Too bad it's showing as product unavailable or I would buy more. I recommend it.
