Really Good Stuff
Very tasty cold out of the can; excellent flavor and texture. Used it for Teriyaki noodles with pork, was EXCELLENT! Can well filled, but there was some fat floating around the meat. If this is an issue, suggest refrigerating an hour or two to congeal the fat to ease skimming it off.Suggest that you add this to any recipe in the last few minutes of cooking, as the meat will shred quite easily.Long shelf life, good to have on hand. Highly recommend.Ordered more. Arrived in 4 days. Well packed for shipping just like last time, cans undamaged.

Perfect for storing or for a quick easy meal!
Tate just like I remember! I buy these to bring and store up at camp and my home for emergencies or for a quick supper! I cook this with the juice with peppers and onions and thicken the sauce with a cornstarch slurry, add pepper and a little salt and add ontop of white rice! Perfect and easy! It's just pork canned in it's own juices and a little salt.
