SurmountWay Pressure Washer (3000 PSI Gas)

I bought this pressure washer based off of others reviews and I'm glad I did. 100% satisfied with my washer. Very ergonomic design, easy to store, and has great pressure for it's size and hp.

I called the company listed on the manual included with washer about a missing piece and they told me they did not make this washer and had no idea how their number got on the manual. They also said I was not the first call. After an email to Amazon another company replied and said the piece was already inserted in the hose. Sounds a little shady to me. The washer works good only I have only been able to start it one time. I have to get someone else to start it. Pull is really hard. I can start all of my other machines. Update 7/2020. I have never been able to start it since the first time. This was a complete waste of my money!!!!

Arrived with wheel hub completely bent. Contacted many people and finally got an email to wrote to. They wanted pictures and I sent pic and short video. All said and done, today the new wheel arrived in a box that looked like it was ran over by a bulldozer. Nonetheless, the wheel was undamaged! Took only 5 weeks to receive! Pressure washer started on 2nd pull and seems to be a really good product. Nuematic tires, sold frame and axel ( which we can't find anywhere for the last 15 years) I think this may be the best pressure washer we have bought in 21 years! We own a business that uses them all day long everyday. Time will tell but so far so good!

Great product. Easy to assemble.

I have only used this power washer 3 times and it quit working. I purchased the extended warranty and Asurion plays games requesting the same documents to be resubmitted. I think they are playing games so I will just walk away and not file the claim.

Dislike missing the too knobs, but everything was there

My first time buying a pressure washer, definitely a great choice. I highly recommend buying this.No more waiting in line at the car wash again! lol
