This mat is everything! It's so comfortable and durable. If you are sick of those regular yoga mats that leave your knees and back hurting, then get this one. You will not regret it.

I got this to cushion my joints during physical therapy, and it's easily one of the best purchases I've ever made. Not only does it help the pain, but because it's so thick it is easier for me to get off the ground too! It's the same size as my xl yoga mat, so it doesn't take up any extra space on the floor, and it folds up easily. It's a very tidy cube when folded, so it fits in my small apartment without needing a lot of storage space. It's a lot lighter than I expected. It's soft enough to eliminate the bone-against-floor pain in a way no yoga mat ever has, but also stiff and solid enough to do standing exercises without sinking into it at all.I highly recommend this for anyone with joint pain or who does yoga but has trouble getting up from the floor.

My wife asked for a exercise/yoga mat and after some shopping, I decided on the Ultimate Body Press mat. We are totally impressed with quality of this item. It is very thick, firm but not hard, and seems to be very durable and resilient. The size is also a big plus, as you can really stretch out and not have and part of yor body that you will be exercising/stretching on bare floor ( I am 6' in height). A great feature is the space-saving feature of it being foldable. When unfolded, the seams come together to make the unit flat and comfortable. Great product.

This is a nice mat even with the 10 inch slice through the vinyl! Everything else from Amazon comes packed six ways from Sunday. This mat is packed in the box with no protective plastic or anything else. The manufacturer put a "no blades" sticker on one end of the box. Unfortunately, not the end I opened. So we duct taped a $66 mat that had never been used to avoid the return hassle. Hope everyone stays safe and well!

The mat is great and exactly what I needed. I only received it today but felt strongly about the product. I did one workout and was hooked, probably going to cancel my gym membership. I hope I can continue and keep up daily exercise and with this mat it will be extra motivation.To the particulars, it is the perfect size. I am 5' 10" so the extra height is appreciated. Because it folds four times it can fit in my closet or under my bed (when folded in half), a real space saver. It is firm but not too firm. I read reviews of other mats that said they were too soft and went to the floor and while I can't vouch for those I can say this mat feels great when doing sit ups or even side elevated positions where elbows dig into it. Didn't do burpees or any explosive maneuvers to gauge the gripiness of the mat.

We were worry at first. Price was a little above our price range, we decided to take a chance, and so glad we did!We bought it because of the thickness, came with handle, compact when fold back in 3.We loved the mat! No smell when first use.It’s thick enough that we do not feel the floor when exercise. Easy to wipe clean.We are glad it has it’s logo on 1 side.It helped us to tell which side is the floor side when we fold it up.Loved the mat!

If you've been looking for a high quality exercise mat, well, look no further. Easy storage, easy to keep clean. I've been using mine for floor exercises and yoga. It's thick and extra long which makes it nice for floor exercises and stretching. I've tried a few other mats, but this one stole the show! Couldn't be happier!
