Have been unable to figure out a way to have multiple sync and play music together
I have 4 of these in my workshop. I knew they would not pair together (like some other Lithonia lights do), but I thought I could get creative and get multiple Echo Flexes, pair one speaker to each Flex, and join the flexes together for a speaker group. That hasn't worked for me. Also looked into bluetooth bridge devices, but no luck so far there either. As a light, they are great. As a bluetooth speaker they are great for a shop as long as you expect to only use 1 light at a time with your bluetooth device. Sound quality isn't great, but what do you expect from a speaker this small and in a shop?

Bought as a gift, but so far so good.
I bought this as a gift for someone else, but we were able to check it out together and it's still working as it's supposed at this point.The light itself is super bright, so it really is an improvement over traditional florescent lighting. It's a nice white light that doesn't mask colors when trying to work on wiring or other tasks where color is important.The speakers sound about as good as any that are around that size. You're not going to get throaty bass, but it's at least as good as your average job site radio would sound.It definitely more than passes the garage shop test. I'm contemplating buying one for myself.

Love the light. Very bright. Speaker is good. Only goes as loud as phone will. Great for garage. Have not tried call feature.

Bright but lacks sound quality
The light is very bright and is easy to install with the included wire kit. Excellent for over a work bench area. However, the sound quality from the speakers is NOT very good. The sound is very “tinny” and if you increase the volume the quality drops off even farther. Temper your expectations from a sound quality but, a nice sized and bright light

Great light, bad speaker
I got these in hopes of connecting some amazon inputs to them and playing music through 2 or more synced up through the echo, and honestly that worked a charm. The problem was that the speakers were severely underpowered and sounded like a cheap dollar store bluetooth device. I couldn't manage the sound even if the lights were great.Many people here say that they didn't mind it, but it was just too much like an old radio with a blown speaker for me to not be bothered. I have heard the updated versions are fixed, but this was not that.
