We put these up and will leave up all year because we can change the color for each holiday. You could also change it for football coordinating it with your team colors. It runs on three AA batteries so you can hang these just about anywhere.

I wish I know that before I got this. It would be awesome if the girl can turn that on right away. Anyway, it’s probably weitten somewhere that batteries are not included. The lights are bright and very pretty. When you put up the string, make sure you can see the white box. The remote will not work if it’s hidden.

The media could not be loaded.  These little lights are small but extremely powerful. I used them to add ambient lighting to my study area. The different colors allow one to shift the lighting against how one feels. Ultimate mood booster as well as aesthetically pleasing.

I thought these would be great to have under my kitchen cabinets so I purchased 6 of these. When I received them, two light strips were missing the remotes. Since I ordered so many I had plenty of remotes from the others, but still what if I only ordered one? The first day everything worked fine. The second day, 4 out of the 6 only turned on for about three seconds then just turned off themselves. By the third day the 4 didn't work at all. 1 continued to work, but only for about five days. Only the 6th light stripe continued to work. So 1 out of 6 of the strips actually worked for any length of time. Yes, I used brand new batteries too. I did buy a 7th the day after my original purchase but decided to return it. It was Prime so should have been a free return. That was false. The return cost me $2.85 for the return label + shipping pouch. Its not much money, but that's still almost 17% of the cost for the lights. Since I moved and installed them in my new place, the six I originally purchased went past their return window. So now I'm out of pocket over $100 for these garbage lights plus what it cost me to return the last one. Would have been cheaper for me just to take a $100 bill and light it on fire.

I used these to make a wooden shark LED wall thing for my sons room.The color and brightness are fantastic. It totally lights up the whole room.The different lighting options are great too. The sound activated option is always fun for the kiddos.The battery life is atrocious. I put brand new batteries into the battery pack and it will run all day no problem. When I turn it off and come back in a few days it is totally dead.New batteries, run for 10 - 30 minutes, come back a few days later and its totally dead.This thing eats batteries.I would recommend these but I would buy the corded version.

I put these lights behind my television and it is so convenient since theyre battery operated! The music setting is fantastic and the rgb lights are very bright.

There are 3 colors. Red Blue Green. If you select purple on the remote it only turns on red and blue and is not purple. If you select white it turns in all the colors and is not white.This would have been a good LED strip in 1990, too many others out there that are better and perform better.
