Small, thin, genuine glass tube but dubious electrical safety?
Ordered this to fit out a new fish tank. More than adequate for illuminating a tank, and bringing out the colour of fish (10,000 kelvin colour temperature so definitely more cold than daylight)The lights are marked as double insulated, but the cover on the switch isn't screwed or glued, and simply pops off, exposing the live (MAINS) wiring inside. Certainly not fun around water.I'll be contacting the seller, if the switch unit was sealed/glued/screwed shut, the unit would be great value at the £12.99 I paid.

Less leds than Eastern comparisons for more money.
Is okay but dull due to less lights tlcomoared to its China counterparts, u forrunetly they're out of stock. Feel I wasted my money as I want the China ones with more leds and hella cheaper.Pics shows China products first with less leds tube at the back, despite that fact it is a longer tube it has less leds, isn't as bright per led and more expensive.

Excellent lights
These lights are excellent, perfect for my aquarium set up, the difference since I got these lights is just brilliant, and the plants are growing much better as well. Definitely recommend to any prospective buyers. They arrived really well packaged to ensure they could not be damaged, so yes absolutely delighted with my purchase

Bright light
Surprised by the brightness of this lamp, had to direct it slightly upwards as more light than I needed and didn’t want to give the fish sun glasses! No problem to rotate lamp, would rather too bright than too dark, better than expected judged by previous lamps I have bought.

Good item but sucker didn't work too well and the light came off into the water. Lucky it was waterproof

loved this,i use it as night light with lights facing upwards ,stuck it on the aquarium lid,so I can now still see my fish but like with very subdued lighting,and the catfish come out when its on,brillant

superb light
I just so love this light, its bright, its waterproof and doesn't use much electric so therefor no heat perfect for the aquarium
