I like the look of these beige placemats when I first put them on table.They had a nice round shape (curve doesn't fit the curve of my table but was close enough to look nice).I would have rated them 5 stars when first getting them...however...I have since been disappointed by their performance.They seem durable but not stain-proof. After a spaghetti dinner, they now have red stains that cannot be removed.They also have an open weave. Holes are very tiny...but crumbs and liquid can sometimes penetrate. Not exactly what I want in a placemat.

Cute but shipped in a small package and they were folded which essentially ruined the product. They don’t sit flat and the material may never lay flat now.

This product is exactly what it looks like and matches well with my table. Only reason I haven’t gave it a full 5 stars for durability is because I just received the product.***update: the placements look exactly the same as when I recieved them and are very easy to clean

Not suitable for a normal table setting.I liked the colour and the feel of the mats but other than that they were not much use to me.The pictures on the website are deceiving showing the mats on a very small table and with just a cup and saucer on one of the mats.I tried putting out a normal size dinner plate and it just about covered the whole mat. Not enough room left for anything else.These would be great for small children at their own small round table, the curvature of the mat is designed to fit a small round table.These are going back to Amazon.

I literally hate my dining room table. It's not that it's a bad table, I just have had it so long, it's old and old fashioned. When I put these placemats on the table, it actually made me look at it for the first time in a long time, and like it! I love they have these available for round tables because the rectangle ones do look awkward, especially on a smaller table like mine. These brought a nice elegance to the table that just wasn't there before. And you don't even need a table cloth! These look amazing against the wood. So now I'm actually considering just replacing the chairs and not getting a whole new dining set.

I liked the shape of the placemats but they are so small they look ridiculous on my table. Barely 12 inches across.

These placemats are attractive and they fit a round table. Because they are porous, they fail in the principal function of a placemat, namely protecting the table surface upon which they sit. In fact, by trapping liquids against the table surface, they aggravate the formation of stains on the table finish. Because they are plastic you can not put a hot pan down on them.

I was excited to find these. I have a round glass table (42") so can only use certain place mats due to size - rectangle are too big unless I get vinyl and cut the corners off, but still a tight fit. I LOVED that these were more for round tables. That being said, I wish they were a little bit larger, and as others have mentioned, they aren't a "perfect" fit for the roundness. As with ALL vinyl place mats, the edges "fray" some after minimal use - easy to trim (carefully), but frustrating. No, they do NOT prevent crumbs or liquid from penetrating through - is there such a thing as the "perfect" place mat? I'll continue to search, but in the meantime, these serve my purpose.

Really nice mats and look expensive, far more than the price. I’ve sent for silver grey.

Love these, the shape is perfect for my round table and they are large enough to put the cutlery and plates down without any issue. Keeps the hot dishes off the table surface and are easy to wipe clean.

Not non slip so they do slide around but ok set of mats for the price.

I’m happy with this product, easy to wash and it looks just like in the picture.
