After being confronted with numerous different ‘lumbar support pillows’ on offer on Amazon, I was more confused than when I first set out to buy one. Ultimately I chose this one because the beige leather would match my car interior, and I had not been overly impressed with the durability of a friends’ cheaper black fabric/’memory foam’ version (and neither were they). I was concerned as there were not many reviews for this product compared to others, and was skeptical on whether this was actually a good product (or at least worth the extra cash).I can safely say that I am very pleased with the purchase, as the ‘build quality’ is of a high standard, and once positioned correctly it has left me feeling far more comfortable on the relatively long trips I do on a regular basis. I had got to the point of being in real pain within about 100 miles and practically falling out of the car at the end of a trip, but since having this I can sit quite comfortably for the duration of my trips, and no-longer fear the return journey! If like myself you have a back problem, let’s be realistic, it is not going to make car journeys completely pain free, but it is neither too firm nor too soft and (for me) provides an excellent balance and support to minimize the problem.

This is a very comfortable well designed pillow. It sculpts to fill the gap behind your neck created by modern head rests which have a tenancy to tilt forwards.The attachment is simple, an elasticated band which wraps around the the head rest and has a simple clip to remove.The pillow it's self is coated in a perforated leather cover which accents my car seats well. It's nice and soft but feels durable as you would expect from leather! You can remove the cover with a zip at the back and inside is a shape holding memory foam like pillow.This is perfect for long distance journeys where some car seats can become uncomfortable. You can also remove it and place the cushion behind your lumbar lordosis to give some back support too.Overall a 9/10 product. Well designed, high quality and above all, comfortable!

They look great but ... they are not so soft as I thought. I bought them for a 1100 miles long journey and I have to admit that I didn't get neck pain but ... they are just to hard and shaped almost flat not concave and when you look from side you see triangle with pressure point in the middle of the neck. It need 200 pound gorilla to mold in to shape so I needed to push my neck harder to mold it in to shape so it had tendency to push headrest upwards when I did so. Luckily it has zipper at the back so I just removed memory foam from it then cut open fabric casing and shaped it with serrated knife (seems to work better with memory foam than sharp blade) and packed back to both - fabric and leather casing. Now it is the most comfortable neck cushion I've ever used. Would I buy again? ... I think so.

It works well, very comfortable and supportive, my back is aching more at the moment but that will be down to it actually being moved in to the correct shape, only gripe is every time I stand up I end up sitting on the cushion as it falls over and with no strap I have to lift it up to the correct position every time so while good I won’t be buying another for the car (this one is for the office chair)

I needed a better lumbar support than the inbuilt one in the drivers seat of my Hyundai, `(it seemed in the wrong place in the back of the seat) this works much better. Exactly right for my lower spine, has eased the pins and needles I experienced in fact I had a drive today 3 days post fitting where I did not experience that sensation for the first time in months.I hope it is as good for everyone as it is for me.

Perfect for Toyota gt86. Matches the seats and stitching and makes the seat so much more comfortable. Absolutely must have given the shape of the seats... gives me back ache and I do a lot of miles for commuting

I have back pain and every movement whilst changing gears gives me pain, not anymore now I have the back support it keeps my back supported so no more pain ful driving, & comfy using it as a passenger

This lumbar support has helped enormously, making driving long distances comfortable. The support cover is genuine leather and the price is very reasonable. The item arrived very quickly and I would most certainly recommend it to anyone who suffers with back pain and who drives or sits for long periods of time.
