Solid Office\Gaming Chair
Right now I have given the chair about two days of use before writing my impressions of it. I've gone through about three or four office chairs before it. I've always had discomfort in my upper and lower back when sitting down. It causes me to be restless in movie theaters, at work or at home when sitting in front of my computer. I can't seem to find a comfortable sitting position in most chairs. My personal office chairs get replaced after about a year of use. When I find myself uncomfortable to the point I start slouching in the seat where the chair now have to support an uneven distribution of my weight, which cause my previous chair to become rickety. The Bad:The worse thing about KILLABEE Big and Tall 440lb Memory foam was assembling it with the tools given. I took much longer than it should have where I struggled with it for over an hour before my brother brought me his tools. If you have your own tools assembling it will be a breeze. You will also need good lighting to peer down through the fabric to line up the screws into the properly so they can be tightened. Then I found the the right armrest has a very small nick\dent in the side of it, I'm guessing is twas pressed against the edges of one of the metal support frames of the chair. It is not bad enough for me to fuss over, compared to my struggle assembling it.The Good:Ignoring the cheap plastic bits like the armrest, and the plastic bits the cover the metal support pieces that holds the backrest and seat back and bottom together; the chair feels solid. It truly feels sturdy enough to support a lot of weight. I love the materials of the seat back and bottom. It is like a mix of leather and micros suede or something, this along with the sturdy metal base does not feel cheap. Though it is still not perfect, I can still find a comfortable seating position in it. I still find myself stirring a lot in the seat but instead of slumping, I can adjust the angle of the backrest. The seat is firm but I don't think it causes discomfort, it is just supportive. I haven't found any use for the lumbar seat cushion, it feels a bit out of place when I try to use it. If anything, it probably helps with your posture because it pushes your back off the seat forcing you to sit up strait. The seat cushion feels weighted and dense, so it too feels of good quality, I just don't know how to comfortably make use of it yet.Overall, I think this is a good chair for the price of around $250. It feels sturdy enough to last a long time and though I still find myself stirring at times, I can at least find a restful position which I just wasn't able to do with my previous office chairs. I don't regret my purchase of this chair and I would definitely recommend it, especially to those over 200 lbs.I wrestled between giving this chair four or five stars. I settled at five because I don't believe I can find a better seat for the price. The value of the product is the key.**Update 01/07/2022**Well, it seems this chair isn't as well put together as I thought. The base separated from the seat and now I am looking for a new chair and likely an entirely different brand. At the very least the upholstery held up well for whatever that is worth. The base is still hanging on to the seat with two rear screws, the remaining two screws holding the base to the front end of the seat completely ripped out of the seat and could no longer be threaded. This causes the seat to knock backwards if I don't keep my feet planted to the floor.

2nd time is the charm
Holes misaligned so the back and seat will forever be at an angle and will likely lead to long term back problems. Plastic covers for the brackets don't fit properly and are so flimsy and cheap they are going to break sooner or later leaving exposed joints that will catch and tear clothing. Zipper for the ""bonded leather upholstery" (pleather as I confirmed from several spots that came pretorn) is missing teeth and will fall apart eventually. Uncomfortable seat with short depth so your thighs lack support. Lowest seat position is so high that a 6'0" man's feet barely touch ground which makes the aforementioned lack of depth uncomfortable after a half an hour. The "ergonomic memory foam" cushion accentuates the depth and height problems so no matter how you use it everything gets worse. The worst part is the realization that after needing a new chair for so long and actually spending a lot of money to get what I thought was a good one I got stuck with this china tier piece of trash that I will regrettably have to use for at least four more years to justify the expense. I don't know if this is representative of the entire Killabee line of products but I will never ever buy them again.Edit: I know I am probably tossing good money after bad hoping that they will send me a replacement that isn't broken, but I would use the advertised 1 year warranty if they had included any such information with what they sent. I can't seem to find it on the amazon page and it wasn't included in the instruction manual or among the packaging. I mean I already spent over $250 and will likely have to spend at least fifty more to return it to them. I am legitimately angry every time I try to sit in this and want to recoup some of my loss.Edit #2: So evidentially Killabee deigned to respond to me and informed me their 1 year warrant was "Have sixty bucks and get someone else to fix it." I don't know how cheap labor is in China, but where I live it costs a little bit more to hire a carpenter to strip the chair down, rebuild the base, and then to hire an upholsterer to recover the whole thing. There is their 1 year warranty for you. Sell you broken merchandise and if you complain enough you might get enough back to go pick up a used chair at a thrift store.Final update: Replacement chair came and after some minor screaming and rage inspired by the cover being askance and making it look like it was going to be misaligned, when putting it together came out okay. The chair is passing comfortable and I am getting used to the smell. 3 star chair getting a two star because this whole nightmare of service all the way from the top to the bottom cost it one.
