Very happy with this system. To know that I am always aware of who approaches my door is a massive safety feature, and also very convenient . It was easy to install and we enjoy the fact that we can see, and speak to, whoever is at our door.I highly recommend this product to give a better sense of what is going on around your house, Great product , Love it.

Couldn't get it to work, just keep saying wifi may not be available. There is no hotline to call for trouble shooting. No help on the internet all

I really like this product. Whenever someone passes by or rings the door bell, it notifies me of who's at my door. I can view this from my job or even out of town through my cell phone. I can do a live view to see if anything is going on.The video shows pretty clear.

I got this video doorbell over a week, it works perfect for me. it's very easy to setup and use. The video doorbell takes pretty decent picture and video. Now I can check the video via the app to see whoever approach my door immediately, therefore I won't have to run all the way to open the door for some stranger or miss my package. overall, I really love this product.

The ring door bell would not connect to internet called customer service and they kept putting me off and delayed responding long enough that I could not return it not very happy with it

I spent hours trying to program this and never succeeded. When I tried to recharge it the directions said to plug it in—red flashing will turn to solid blue light in 5 hours or so—well after 20 hours it was still flashing red—gave up and returning it. Also directions were difficult to figure out

The night vision isn't great, and I wish I knew how to turn up the volume when someone is at my door

Loved this when it was working. As soon as the window of return and support ended, the contraption didnt work. Coincidence? Likely not. Money grab. Thanks for .......nothing.

Camera doesn't work cant hook it up to wifi or anything, doesnt work I guess I'm not the lucky one
