Quality vs price - price wins
How I use it:I cut off a section and stuck it on the side of my fridge for weekly meal tracking. Another is stuck to the inside of all three of my pantry cabinets to keep track of what food I have on hand. The cabinets are deep and food is literally being stacked on top of each other."I can't erase the marker!"People have complained correctly that these are not easy to erase. There are two issues here: this is a cheap item and it behaves like a cheap item. The issue is you expected it to behave like a quality item. That's your fault. Secondly, you used cheap markers that came with it and you expected them to behave like quality markers. That, again, is your own fault."Help! How do I clean this thing??!"Use any marker you want, but to clean the board you spray with pure rubbing alcohol and prepare to wipe, wipe, wipe. The alcohol immediately dissolves the marker, no matter how good or cheap quality it is, but will spread, spread, spread that pigmentation everywhere. If you let that pigmentation dry on the board like that you risk staining the board. I discovered both the alcohol trick and the not-letting-pigment dry-on-board trick myself via trial and error."It's not sticking to my wall!"Some people report it peeling as well. Did you clean the wall first? Did you apply it to a non-porous surface? Mine is stuck on the painted side of a metal fridge and also on the wooden inside of my cabinet doors. Five months later and there is no peeling whatsoever."I don't like the work involved in maintaining this!"Yes, owning stuff requires proper care and maintenance. In this case, what you didn't pay out in cash for a low-maintenance item you will pay out in time maintaining cheap items. 9 times out of ten if you buy quality items you'll have no problems getting it to behave properly the first time. This is not a quality item.Price vs Quality:Anyone with sense understands how quality vs price works. If you prefer to buy cheap you're complaining about nothing when it doesn't perform like quality. By purchasing low-quality items you agree to the terms of maintaining low-quality items. That means getting out your alcohol, replace the crappy markers with good ones once they dry out, and use some magnets/double-sided tape if you're one of the unlucky ones who is having peeling issues.

Good but not Great
The price point is good for a temporary solution in this new quarantine environment or if you just need it short term. I bought something similar at the container store awhile back that is of better quality. I do like that there is a grid pattern on the back that allows you to cut it and give you the size you need which is a huge plus.

Good for a one time use, not easily erasable
We used this product for an erasable menu option in our lunch room so that the kids could see the menu every day before getting their lunch. Though it worked great, it stained quite easily and quickly became very grey despite any type of cleaner used. Additionally, when we tried to remove it to apply a new, clean section of whiteboard adhesive, the previous whiteboard paper left a VERY sticky residue that took a LONG time to remove.

Fell off wall after about 10 minutes
I'm a teacher and I wanted a white board in my living room until I can move back in the classroom. This is reasonably priced, and I know for a fact it won't damage the paint. Because it fell off after about 15 minutes. I used painters tape (but unfortunately it picked up some lint when it fell off, so now it is bumpy). If you use this, plan on using painters tape at least along the top.

Don't use Expo Markers
It's overall a pretty good product for homeschooling and although I read a bunch of the reviews, I hoped I would not be one of the folks that had trouble with it sticking. Well, the corners didn't want to stay, I did eventually fix the problem with painters tape. My two biggest warning are, do not use any whiteboard markers except the ones that come with it, and if it has any "bubbles" in it before you put it up, good luck getting them out on the wall. I even used a vinyl tool and still have bubbles.

Works great
No matter what you do there will always be a few air bubbles in it. Other than that, everything is great! Wipes clean, and my daughter loves it. It has been perfect for "home schooling" for the Covid 19 shut down!

Good size, good value for money but adhesion is not so good
Good size, good value for money but adhesion is not so good. The edges keep coming off, and it needs to be reinforced with some adhesive tape.
