Not functioning anymore
Well this frame was doing well until I took it to work. Today the screen started flashing blue and finally just shut off. Hopefully it will work properly because I spent a lot of money on this.

Easy to get and share photos
This frame was a Christmas gift from my son. Did not realize how much I would love having a digital frame. He sends pics of the grandkids and family effortlessly now ..... whereas before it always seemed to be an effort. Nixplay support has been great. I'm kind of techy challenged ... but getting better ... and the Nixplay team not only takes the time to explain but stays with me while we go thru the process of learning how this works and where the photos are and how to share and download once they are sent to the frame.I will say ... there was some frustration when I tried calling a few days ago ..... for over an hour ... and the recording kept saying ... all reps were busy leave a message and they will call back. Well .... I did leave a message and did get a call back ... the next day and the following one also. I was not able to answer the phone so they left a message saying they would call back. This morning I got the third follow up call from them ... and this time I was able to talk with Jeff.Jeff was great. He answered all my questions and walked me thru how to copy and or download photos sent to me by others. What company does this anymore. The customer support.... knowledge and ability to help makes this product very user friendly ... and the support reps....specifically Jeff today ... makes this fun to use.

Great product with outstanding customer service
We are really pleased with this unit and have purchased 3 units for family members located on 3 separate continents.One unit lost its pairing due to a power outage and we had trouble getting it back online.We connected with Franx in customer support and he helped us every step of the way. Even following upon emails to ensure the unit came back online.I cannot say enough good things about this product and customer support.I really love the fact it came with different power adaptors to use outside of the US.

I love using the Nixplay frame. The photos are clear and crisp with a lot of detail. I did call customer service to help me upload some of the photos. The person I spoke with was very patient, polite and solved the problem. I would recommend the Nixplay very highly. ICE
