I have a set of jewelry I got in my teens that I like to keep in boxes, but keeping up with all the individual boxes for each piece was a pain. This case had plenty of space and holders for all my pieces (earrings, necklace, bracelet, and ring). I appreciate that it wasn't as expensive as some boxes I saw but was still roomy and organized. I will note they had a bit of a chemical/plastic smell, but I left them to air out for a few hours and I haven't noticed any odor since. This was a great purchase to reduce some of my clutter for my jewelry (I bought a second one for another set of jewelry I inherited).

This setup allows me to store a long necklace with multiple strands without it getting tangled, which was always a problem.

I debated what to give this box and I decided to drop it down to a three because they got deceptive with their photo. It's so hard to find a box for a full set of jewelry (necklace, bracelet, earrings and ring). I thought I finally found a good one, but after putting my full set into the box, I was once again disappointed. This box is of good construction and looks nice, so kudos on that aspect. The tab ears looked a little none symmetrical but I'm not going to knock it too much for that. I do feel the tab ears for the earrings and ring are too close together. If you look closely at the photo on the listing, of the box,with the jewelry inserted, you will notice that they have the earrings in, pointing upside down. This gives the impression that the earrings and ring holder tabs are further apart than they actually are in the box. I consider this to be deceptive. No one would wear the earrings this way so why would you design a box and put them in the box this way.My issues with the design of the box#1 The box needs to be about an inch wider, so that a bracelet will fit perfectly straight across the width of the box. Right now a normal 8 inch bracelet has to be bent to fit. A lot of bracelets will not bend from side to side. A bracelet with all stones (like a tennis bracelet) is made to go around the wrist, you want the stones to be presented facing outward in the box and it's not great having to bend the bracelet sideways to fit for a good presentation.#2 The ring needs to be in the center of the box and there needs to be a slit in the box cushion, for the ring to sit down into the box rather than just a tab ear alone, which makes the ring sit up high. The current design makes a ring hit the lid or it has to lay down on it's side hanging downward. If there was a slit in the cushion the ring would slide in and sit perfectly to show off the stone.#3 The earring tab ears need to be up higher and slightly further apart. There should also be a hole in the cushion so that the posts of the earrings can slide down into the cushion allowing the earrings to sit down closer to the cushion. I know I can make my own holes but I don't feel I should have to do that, The box/cushion should be designed to allow for this#4 I would like to see something on the cushion to hold a pendant in place should the necklace have a pendant. Maybe two more tab ears put down below the ring. Just having the two tab ears on the upper corners is not good enough to allow for a good presentation of the necklace specially if the necklace has a pendant on it. The current design allows any type of stone/pendant to move around within the box. Maybe a better idea would be to have a hole in the cushion, below where the ring would sit. This hole would then support the insertion of something that would slide over the chain of the necklace just above where a stone or pendant would be and then this "clasp" would slide through the hole and have a push on clip much like how an earring works. This would hold a single stone or pendant in place in the center of the box below the ring.Anyway those are my thoughts.

I bought this for a pearl necklace for my niece. It looks elegant and classy. Would buy it again. Make sure to measure your necklace before purchasing.

I had a pearls gift as you can see in the picture and needed a velvet jewllery box. Than there l am; l got it from Amazon what l wanted. I arranged/setted the pearls the way you can see in the picture. A beautiful velvet and sturdy jewllery box. Made up with soft and smooth material. Of course she loved it. Thanks Amazon
