The bench is even better made than we expected. It was delivered in double quick time by very helpful delivery men.My only quibble with the whole transaction is that Amazon kept giving us inaccurate information and were unable to confirm details, while Jati themselves were very helpful. Would always advise ringing JATI and confirming details yourself.

Bought this bench for my husband’s birthday. He was really pleased with it. I was happy because it arrived in plenty of time and the delivery man helped me to hide it in the garden shed. It’s a lovely bench. Looks sturdy and is comfortable to sit on. Can’t wait for the weather to improve so we can enjoy it more.

We already have a teak bench which has been in our family for over 40 years and is still going strong. We wanted another one for a different position in the garden. This Jati bench is even higher quality than our original, which has the seat slats secured by visible brass screws.The Jati bench has absolutely NO visible screws, with all main joints being a combination of mortise and tenon and teak dowelled. The joints are tight, it's rock solid and beautifully finished. All teak benches which I've seen in garden centres have been either inferior construction (visible screws) or carrying a £250+ price tag. It's also very heavy - no cutting corners by using thinner cross sections of teak.Delivery was exemplary - I received a phone call to arrange and the driver delivered exactly when agreed (7am!).There's no self assembly - it looks and feels like a craftsman-built piece of furniture, with absolutely no DIY involved.It's one of those items that's a joy to own, and I'm sure will become a future family heirloom.

I am pleased with the construction of the bench which stands on my patio. I have still to unpack the seat I puchased as I discovered I already had two well padded four foot cushions that were purcheased years ago to fit a pair of plastic armchairs and have lasted much better than the chairs. However, I found that the plastic cover that I purchased with the bench is not waterproof and leaks through the stitching. I am planning to resort to the used of duct tape to try and seal it.

Great bench looks stylish. Very well made with no screws like some wooden benches. Lovely natural colour not orange. Comes fully assembled. Have been looking for a new bench for a while and this one ticks all the boxes for style, quality and price. Looks lovely in the garden. Everything from ordering to delivery was exceptional. Even arrived a week early in a a posh delivery van. Could'nt ask for anything more. Would highly recommend this company.

Been looking for a good quality garden seater for some time. The bottom of the price range give you exactly that, a flimsy poorly crafted seat that will last a couple of years. The jati range are excellent, reasonably priced, sturdy, well crafted with superb joints and finish and built to last. I'm already saving up for s second one.

I love this bench! All my neighbours love it too! It’s stylish, beautiful, comfortable, and came assembled. The deliver was very prompt. The customer service second to none and I was kept informed from the start to the delivery. I even had neighbours commenting on the “posh looking” delivery van! (I live in a retirement complex)I can not recommend this company highly enough.!
