Flanger F-890 Plated B Flat Euphonium with Stainless Steel Pistons, Mouthpiece, Hard Case, Polishing Cloth & a Pair of Gloves

The horn looked good in the cellophane wrapping so I did not open it immediately. When I did I discovered that the trigger was not only broken off but missing. It in not playable as is and cannot be repaired (I checked). If I had noticed all this in time I would have stopped payment. I don't know if anything can be done by this late date.Oh, and, biggie whup, no gloves or cleaning kit.

The sound is great, but the c foot/ b foot keys did not seal properly and the keys/ pads are not releasing properly. We are waiting for our Replacement and hoping it was a fluke as this had other good reviews. The return / exchange process is smooth sailing.

After playing this for 20 minutes and closely examining, this is NOT the instrument for us. This was purchased for our son going into 9th grade marching band. This WOULD be a good instrument for a starting out musician (for ex. - Elementary going to middle) The price is definitely correct for that. However, there are some fundamental problems and issues. There seems to be a lot of corrosion inside tubes. Mouthpiece is not standard compared to our others. Trigger is a bit different and feels odd. The main two issues are these; The tubes are definitely double-walled (at least in portions) this led to some bad sounds and actual rattling-- Secondly the Bell is thin even when compared with a smaller bore instrument. With the two issues combined the sound/tone of the entire instrument is not acceptable for our level of execution.The case is nice. adequate for elementary and middle school range. I would not recommend travelling (ie Band Bus) there is not enough rigidity in case to ensure no harm. The Gloves?? Not for anyone with medium or large hands. The mouthpiece felt light and thin.I hope this assists you in your decision

I am very happy with this purchase, the tonality is superb and I am impressed with everything about it... except for the cleaning cloth... Mine sheds, I don't like that.

I bought two of these flutes for my 12 year old twins. They are beginners, so this flute is perfect for them. However one of the cleaning rods broke right away and they can be difficult to disassemble. But over all I'm happy with them.

I love it it has good tone and comes with everything u see in the picture get it if you're and intermediate player

It is a really good flute, but I think I need to push stronger for the note low b, c, and the cleaning cloth feathers are spilling too much. But genarally I loved this flute. It has a really good tone. I would recommend this flute for the people who are the flute players.

We purchased this trombone in October and my 17 year old son who takes care of this trombone went to take it out of the case today and it broke right where the trigger is. Only had for three months. Not very happy.
