Terrific, helpful cards. Easy reference. The Dr. Lad's Marma Points of Ayurveda book is far more detailed, but it's not as handy. The cards are heavy-duty and are either plastic or plastic coated. Whatever they are, they are sturdy and resist stains/smudges/oils.I use these points for myself. Am currently dealing with a torn rotator cuff. The points really help get rid of the pain within minutes. While my range of motion isn't better yet, the pain is much better thanks to the points around the shoulder. I can actually sleep at night and work on the computer again, which is amazing. And, if the shoulder is sore at night before I go to bed, I work the points and the pain is completely gone by the time I'm done with the points. Pretty miraculous.I've also used the marma points to help with mood, energy, mental clarity, calming the mind and digestion and they all work great. The ancient Rishis were obviously very gracious in bringing this knowledge to the world. My thanks to them and to those who continue sharing this tradition of healing, wellness and spirituality.

The cards are very informative, with Great pictures/diagrams!! Love the fact they mention any contraindications with this work. They also recommend some essential oils for each dosha. It has two cards explaining a meditation exercise. Some other cards show: emotions that correspond with the organs, one that pictures hands holding points and another card that explains guidelines for pressure. The rest of the cards show points on various body parts.

Large cards and easy to read. I don’t like the cardboard - should be better quality and laminated.

2 cards were missing; 1 vital explaining how to use the energy points for general balance. I reported, and requested, but nothing :(

The cards highlight the different parts of the body, give details on doing a marma massage and also have some other things like meditations to do. They are thick, good quality thickness and great color.

These cards are a really useful shortcut to some of the more long winded text books about Ayurveda and help with the cross referencing between the two. They are easy to follow and informative.

Good product, must buy for Every healer, Marma Card are the best, but there are missing some point which are in a cup reassure which is immediately relief Stress.
