Dowell 24“ Kidney Shape Chrome Lazy Susan Double Rack 2 Shelf

There are VERY minimal instructions for this. Here is what I did:-figured out how the pieces all went together-collapsed it all so I could fit it in the corner cabinet-moved the shelves up-marked the bottom holes and one top hole-put the shelves back in place and checked that the door would close-moved the shelves up and drilled the bottom holes and screwed in screws (a flashlight was handy)-moved shelves down, screwed in one top screw, drilled the rest, and did the rest of the screws-put the shelves where I want themIt feels pretty sturdy! Chrome looks great.

Purchased this to replace an existing plastic shelf lazy susan that cracked. Very sturdy and robust. Replacing a lazy susan is always a bit awkward. The metal dowels enable one to move the shelves easily up and down and out of the way - making screwing in the base and the top much easier.

Super sturdy and MUCH better than the plastic one we replaced. Our old one barely had enough of an edge to keep things from falling out. It did last 18 years, so there's that, but this one is so sturdy and turns very smoothly.

Very good quality. A little tricky to install primarily due to awkward space that it was set in. Fairly intuitive to put together.

There was a missing pin or screw, had to go to Home Depot for the screw since I don’t want to return it

Had this lazy Susan for just over 6 months. Loved the metal rack over the cheaper made plastic ones. But the plastic pieces on the collar of the upper shelf have begun to crack so the shelf will not sit level anymore. Sent an email to the manufacturer with hopes I could buy replacement pieces without having to throw away the whole shelf. Of course no response from the manufacturer.Update: Finally heard from Customer Service. $20 for a piece of plastic for the top shelf. Customer Service did not send the part number for the piece I need to buy. They sent a form for me to fill out. The form requires credit card information and a copy of my drivers license. The form has no place to document the part that is being ordered or the cost. It requires me to sign the form authorizing Dowell to charge my credit card for whatever amount they see fit which will include a handling fee on top of taxes and shipping. What kind of rip off outfit is this company. So what about that Lifetime Warranty??

I just remodeled my kitchen & needed this for a corner cabinet. My contractor installed it easily and I am really enjoying the ease of turning the unit and the shelf space it provides. I'm glad I purchased the shelf.

This is a great lazy susan! Very well made, heavy, easy to install. Great value for the price.
