LETSQK Men's Friar Medieval Hooded Monk Priest Robe Tunic Halloween Cosplay Costume

So this was a bit of an impulse buy. I wasn’t sure if I would be working Halloween night or not. I originally paired this with a plague doctor mask. But found that the hood provides enough of a mask on it’s own. The material is transparent enough so that the person wearing it can see out, which was nifty, but people cannot see the wearer’s face. As per custom I was handing out candy to trick or treaters, the sleeves are not long enough to obscure the wearers hands, and was able to move about without the loose material hindering me. I appreciated this as some of my trick or treaters are deaf and I sign to them when wishing them a happy Halloween. Towards the end of the night I was sitting on the bench, still complaining covered the robe is very long, when a group of teenagers approached and questioned if I were a prop. After being assuredly by my mother that I was clearly on of those full sized props that can be purchased pretty much anywhere this time of year I leapt off of the porch on to the side walk amongst the group of kids. One screamed, one ran, and one was too shocked to move but did wish me a great night. Their accompanying parents had a good laugh. Good times. Would recommend. Also very popular with my Shorky puppy.

Loved it! Bought an XL to make sure I would get 100% coverage (I'm 6'0 240). The quality of the material was better than I had anticipated. Thick material, still somewhat breathable. The robe itself has a distinct front and back. No markings to tell which is which but once you put it on you'll know. The cowl or hood is very long so 100% facial coverage is possible. The opening is rather narrow if you have a big fat head. Overall a far better costume design than those offered in costume stores. A more period correct structure and superior design makes this the best Friar, Monk, Priest, Medieval costume on the market. Beautiful vibrant colors. I purchased red

X-Large is large. Person wearing this is 6' 6" ans still had some material on the ground. The shoulders are a little tight but for a costume it works. The hood is a separate piece so you can wear this robe multiple ways. Material is easy to hem if length is too long. Material doesn't really catch but I believe will melt when exposed to flame. (a poly-mix of some sort). It will keep you decently warm and the material is thick enough to not show what ever your wearing below The belt is some rather thick rope. I think its a bit shorter than pictured but it should go around most waist

I got this for my bfs costume, I tried it on and it is a bit large on me mainly because he is taller than I am. He is 6 foot something. The material is a bit scratchy, I'd suggest wearing a long sleeve or sweater underneath. I'd also hang it up for a while to get the fold marks out of it. Other than that I'm happy with the results.

Let me tell you something. I have the hips of a voluptuous goddess. This fit like a perfect glove. I'm using this to be a witch doctor for Halloween. It's a perfect fit. I'm about 5 ft 6in and about 250lbs. The xl fits perfects, doesn't drag in the floor but hides my shoes really well.

The fabric is the same as that of the isolation gowns that we use in the hospital that is why it does not look good. I was expecting that it's made of cotton. This is just like thicker paper. Not really nice. Price is expensive for what it's made of. I'm very disappointed.

The material is thick and the color matches well. The cross necklace is of fair quality. I would buy again if I lost the one I currently own. Paired with the light up clown mask (separate review) for a cheap yet cool Halloween costume.

You get what you pay for. If you want a cool Halloween costume, you get one here. If you want a good ceremonial robe keep looking.

Very, very high quality for the price! And they can go to the dryer! I bought 3 of them in red and they are awesome. You can certainly wear one size below the one you would normally take.
