I contacted the seller and they were amazing to work with
This was a Christmas present for my 13 year old grandson. There was something wrong with this and it would not hold a battery charge. I contacted the seller and they were amazing to work with. They asked if I wanted a full refund or a car replacement. We chose the replacement. <u grandson has not had the opportunity to start the new car.. Strange though that the seller did not request the first car returned to them. I bought the same car (for another grandson) from another website and it works perfectly, so I know these cars are good quality.
