On screen menu?
I purchased this camera and hooked it up to my Defender DVR system and got it to work fine, however I was able to access an on screen menu for the camera that there is no mention of the options or configuration of this particular menu in the manual. It has options of on/off, enable/disable. After I enabled "LSC" in an attempt to find out what it did, I lost image and control to the camera. Is there a "manual" reset button on this camera that will bring it back to factory default, and if so where is it. Also where can I find the information on this monitor displayed menu? (FOLLOWUP) Changed to one star. There is no support for this menu and there is no manual reset as per lEFTEK.

Seller wasn't too much help but for those of you who use PTZ coaxial the settings are 96 00 8 none 1 on Pelco d the address default is 16

Not what it used to be!!
I don't know who is dropping the ball here. I purchased this item because I have purchased one in the past for a client of mine and I was impressed by the quality and the functionality of the unit for the price. Usually I tell my customers you get what you pay for. It seems I was wrong or so I thought in this instance. I purchased one for my own home system and the MFGR. claims that this camera is blast resistant but I noticed the one I was sent the housing wouldn't even stay together because the threads were stripped on the housing. My first red flag. Then upon looking at the OSD in the menu I noticed that half of the features and options that are on my customers camera weren't on mine. I had them face time me and looked it over and sure enough I was correct software was not the same and it doesn't look like the same quality maybe they switched to a different lens or something. The unit also got stuck twice while rotating it through the software that a reboot was unable to solve. I had to physically unplug the unit then reapply power to resolve. I wasn't going to install it due to the housing anyway so I set it up for exchange and was again further disappointed. I thing the replacement I received may have been used. I don't know for sure though but I had issues with this unit as well. I do know that MFG's will change vendors to keep prices competitive but at what cost? All I get lately from all purchases on Amazon have been a disappointment. Either the shipment goes missing or the products just keep getting crappier. I don't recommend these cameras currently unless they start building them like they did in summer 2019.

turns its self off after dark i'm seeing if i can correct this through the settings but still no luck. gonna send it back

Does not tilt 0-90°. Best it can do is ~65-70°. Camera RS-485 ID cannot be changed.
The product description indicates tilt 0-90°. The best it is able to do is MAYBY 75°, but it seems more like about 65°. For most installations, 0-90° tilt isn't strictly necessary and you may not experience this issue. But if your installation requires true 0-90° tilt, this camera isn't for you.Also there appears to be no way to change the camera ID. So if your RS-485 network requires that the camera work on anything but "camera 1", you will have an EXCEEDINGLY hard time.

Product at this point is a Defective Camera.
This Camera is not working in any of the HD modes TVI, CVI or AHD. I have played around with it for the past month thinking it may be the equipment I am hooking it up to. Same issues on several different DVR/NVR that support 6mp HD Coax Cameras. Last DVR I tried was the Dahua Pro Series X52A3N DVR, the camera would only provide video in the Analog setting. As already stated, non of the HD settings would provide video. Defective Camera or junk. I hope they will RMA the unit or refund my money.

KIND OF HARD TO PICK A STAR RATING WHEN YOU CANT USE IT!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY FUMING!!!!! TRIED TO PUTTHIS CAMERA UP AND THERE’S NO I REPEATNO BRACKET FOR IT IN THE BOX!!!!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬UNBELIEVABLE!!!! WILL DEFINITELY RETURN

Don't work for the long run
Camera was good for a short moment. don't know what happened but it lost connection to dvr. Good quality videos overall but the longrun isn't that good.I would like a refund actually.
