I’ve been using the 90cm roller for back and chest opening exercises and it’s perfect. It is dense enough that it’s not dinted or squashed but at the same time it’s not too hard and uncomfortable to lie on. Very good price and does the job.

This foam roller has really helped my shoulder pain.Just lying on it for 10 mins open up shoulder area and relieves symptoms.i do Pilates using it and it provides great feedback and makes the exercises more challenging.I love it, have recommended it to friends and family who have also been impressed and recommended it to others.I use Lyn Dix's youtube videos which are also excellent.

Really pleased, just enough softness to protect my back while still providing a firm roll

The roller was recommended by a number of physiotherapists. I found it cumbersome to use initially but soon got in to the swing of things and I am pleased that I have bought it. I think for beginners a smaller size would be beneficial but the large size is important to perform some of the exercises

This product is perfect fo my needs.I have had back ache and have had help with physio’s and consultants.I was highly recommended this and went for it.I can’t explain how good it feels , lying on it lengthways and feeling the straightening of my spine - alongside stretches . I use it everyday.
