I was very excited about this product. When it arrived, I couldn’t wait to get it on. Wore it for a couple hours and really liked it and felt it was really working. Then I wore it all day for a couple days. It was terrible. It “loosened” up and was Not helpful with posture and rubbed under my arms raw. It continuously rode up as I moved and was just aggravating. I am still looking for a posture correction “brace” but I will not try another that even looks like this one. I would say it was a waste of money but I did learn what I didn’t want. I would not recommend this product.

This product seems very well-made. It's sturdy and the materials are better than I expected.However, I'm returning it. Even with adjustments, this didn't give me any support. The waist fit fine, the shoulder straps were far too long, and the armholes were designed for someone with very different proportions, probably a chest that's narrow from side to side. (It wasn't a bust issue; you can be large or small, and I don't think it would matter, in terms of which size to order.)Based on others' reviews and my own measurements, I ordered an XXL. I wear a size 16 (US) dress, sometimes a 14 and sometimes an 18, depending on the manufacturer. My proportions are average - I'm not an "apple" or a "pear."When this product arrived, the waist fit fine; it's very adjustable. The shoulder straps were far too long, and - even at their tightest - the straps remained somewhat loose and gave me no support. The armhole openings were too small, and - had the shoulder straps been okay - I still wouldn't have worn this. The padding at the front of the shoulder/arm openings would have rubbed uncomfortably, every time I moved my arms.The fit might have been perfect if my torso was much longer and my ribs much narrower. Perhaps the seller needs to include more measurements, like back waist length, or chest measurement directly under the armpits.If you have a fairly long torso, you may love this product. (From collarbone to navel, my measurement is 17 inches, and the XXL was far too long on me.)If you're between waist sizes, order the larger one, as other reviewers have recommended. The velcro waist closure can probably accommodate a difference of up to five inches. Maybe more. It depends on how much you overlap the bands. For support, it should be a snug fit, but not uncomfortable.This may be an item people should try on in a store. But, if you really need this kind of back support, you may not mind the possibility of needing to exchange it for a different size.Had this fit me, I'd have given this four- or five-stars for materials and workmanship. The only problem was the size or - more precisely - the apparently disproportionate fit.

I used the size chart and read reviews about it fitting tight, and so I measured accordingly. When I tried it on it was way too big for me. I tried to wear it anyway and it just didn't help. Sizing is one of the most important things, idk why it is so hard to put a correct size chart together or at least make the product the correct size. I am furious.

I hunch over and have extreme pain at night. This brace keeps me from slouching except it hurts my armpits very badly that I can not tolerate to wear. Would be good if I could just fix the arm thing.

My husband bought it for his back problems and it has really helped. I am thinking I need one too. Works best with an undershirt under it, but the blue color does transfer. It seems to wash out ok though.

This brace keeps my shoulders back , helps lower back pain and improves center of gravity for better balance. It's excellent , try it ! Great Price ! Most of all , Seller cares about your order , There was a problem with shipping and the seller notified me .

Got the XL for my husband who is not a big man. The shoulder straps are so short. After extending out all the way he could barely get them over his shoulders making them too tight under his arms. A waste of money for him.

The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because the strap area irritated it my husband after a few hours. And there is no way to wear but with the straps. He did really like, but for now we will have to search for something with a different design, but same purpose.
