Amazing bag, and crazy fast shipping. Got here nearly a week before earliest predicted delivery date.Bag is made of the same pleather that all ita bags seem to be made of. Did not have a crazy strong plastic smell out of the bag. Can smell it if I sniff the bag directly, but it is not overwhelming like other bags I've ordered.Clear windows have no glitter, which makes your merch super visible! They open completely to give full access to the window area. Lining is very cheap, but expected. You need to make a fabric/craftfoam/cardboard insert to display merch, as I believe heavy weight would cause the lining to tear. I probably will not use the two pockets inside either, as weight may cause them to tear over time. I'd usually subtract a star for the cheap lining, but as all other aspects of the bag are amazing, I won't. That and I make fabric inserts anyways, so I don't mind not hanging things on the lining.Straps seem to be well attached. Bag size is great and holds my 10.5" iPad pro. Would definitely recommend this bag!

if you want a backpack that will only last you 2 days you have found the right bag. I bought this bag for a 2-day convention and it's cute I got lots of compliments but when I was leaving the strap completely came apart from the stitching at the top. this bag was not super full or full of heavy items it was being used all day but that is no reason it should have broke. if your looking for a bag that will last and be reliable this is not the bag for you.

This is a great bag for the price. The material is a bit thin, so I wouldn’t recommend it for an everyday bag, but it’s perfect for conventions and special occasions. The bottom front pocket is big enough to fit plush toys in, which is exciting.If you get your face right up in it, there’s a plasticy smell, but it’s not noticeable at a normal distance.The color is pretty true to the photo, maybe a little greener in person, but still a nice shade.

I've had this bag for a little less then a month, and both of the straps, and the top handle have all unseamed themselves and fallen off. If I didn't know how to sew the bag would be literally unusable now.Its also quite small, I can hardly fit my surface pro 4 into it, and some of the clear vinyl stitching is done very cheaply.I would recommend anyone debating between this and one at a convention, pick the one at the con. They're made much better even if they're pricey.

Spacious and adorable. However panel for pins is thin and flimsy. Worried prolonged use will lead to a large rip. Material on that flap could have been much better.

The bag is cute, but the material is cheap. I plan on sewing a new inside due to the material not holding pins or even my phone in the phone pocket well. Pins do droop down. Also, I'm constantly pulling out strings from the seams of the bag so I'm not sure how long the current straps and or material on the inside will last. Once I'm done making the adjustments to the bag, it should be fine.

Super sturdy compared to other ita bags I've gotten and the two pockets can fit a lot of keychains/buttons/whatever you like. You can't fit a big sketchbook or laptop inside but it's great for carrying smaller items, so I could still walk around a convention with it. I would buy more of these in the future!!
