Exact Folio Case for Google Nexus 7 FHD 2nd Gen 2013 Android Tablet by Asus Black

I purchased this case for a new (2013) Nexus 7 tablet, and for the price I paid it's not a bad case. But it definitely doesn't fit as snugly as I'd like, so the tablet tends to get skewed inside of it which can affect the camera's lineup with the cutout. There is only one viewing angle, which is often too steep depending on where I'm propping it up. Also, the magnetic closure does a passable job of keeping the case closed, but does not activate the screen sleep (I don't think it's strong enough - the opposite problem several other reviewers had). There are two SD card pouches but the Nexus 7 doesn't have an SD reader, so that's kind of useless. But again, for the price paid, it's an okay case.

Our family owns two new Nexus 7 (2013) tablets. I bought one of these Exact Folio cases for the first tablet. Liked it. So I bought another for the other tablet.The case is well-designed, and extremely well manufactured. I can't believe that such high-precision stitching is possible. The tablet fits snugly. The case is very trim, and yet protective. The wake/sleep feature is wonderful. I like everything about it......especially the price. At that price I was expecting to receive an el-cheapo something, not this kind of quality product. So I hurried and bought another one, for the other tablet, before they realize their mistake and raise the price.Also, this happened back in late July of 2013. I'm not one to rush into writing rave reviews upon receiving something that looks good, only to have it fall apart the following week. I've now had it for 4+ months and no signs of wear, and no problems, no complaints.

This case isn't perfect, but for the lower sale price I can recommend it. It fits really well, and the holes for both the front and back camera are fine. My one complaint about the fit is the way the volume button and power button are very difficult to use. The power button Isn't much for a problem because the cover magnets work well to turn it off and on, and unlike other reviews I had no problem with a keeping the front close with the magnet.

The case was inexpensive but I feel like I got what I paid for. The materials seem decent enough, but the fit doesn't seem quite right. The power and volume keys aren't easily exposed and the camera cut-out isn't placed very well on the one I received. It does what is needed but I might be looking at getting a new one since this one doesn't really fit the bill for me.

It does the job.It isn't so much the cases fault, but the power button on the new nexus is located more towards the back of the tablet and the way the case is made it is difficult to find the button. Maybe if they made a small indention of the case there to indicate the button it would be perfect.

This folio case is much better than its low price might lead you to believe. It provides protection, feels good to the touch and puts the Nexus to sleep when you close it.

I got this case for $4 and the quality is that of much more expensive cases. I don't know if I would have bought it if it wasn't on sale, but I'm glad I did.

For the price it is a simple and basic case. I know there are better ones out there, but wasn't looking to spend loads of money after spending $200+ for the tablet.
