I love that I am able to use it for my regular mail and for large packages. The first one I received was damaged, the door wouldnt close all the way and it was scratched up. I returned it for a replacement. I am so happy that I did, the replacement is in perfect condition. The lock is easy to use,its a little low, but it works great.

This is the worst purchase I’ve ever made on amazon. It arrived dented in the front. For $400 you’d think they’d package it better. Then the lock is total Sh#@! How they’d think this lock is acceptable in any way is beyond me. The lock was frozen and changing the code was impossible. I decided to change the lock to a keyed lock which was pointless since the riveted channel guide had fallen off so that it can’t be locked anyway. All around horrible purchase.

I bought this parcel box at a 60% discount so I knew something would be amiss when I got it. Just as suspected, it looks like it was dropped on its top with one corner being pretty badly dented. The unit is serviceable though, so I'll try to hammer out the dent and touch up the paint.The lock is a cheap knock off of a Combi Cam lock so I'll definitely be replacing it. No big deal but just another irritation and another $10.Small packages or envelopes could possibly be stolen by pulling them through the gaps in the insertion slot. I'm definitely glad I didn't pay full price for this thing. Too bad you can't buy retired USPS or FedEx collection boxes.

The drop box arrived with a long scratch on the side and poorly functioning hinges. At first the parcel chute door wouldn't open more than a couple of inches, and once I got it open, the door was in a bind and wouldn't stay closed. Once I figured out I could remove the top, I discovered that a piece of metal on both sides was bent. The parcel chute door stays closed now that I bent them back into place.

Perfect for our needs through COVID crisis and will be a permanent fixture at our office. I would be nice if the top were completely flat for our needs but it is a nice feature for home use

Love the quality of the dropbox. However the lock is hard to turn. There needs to be more grip on the knob. As for the delivery, if I had known the carrier would be FedEx I might have not ordered.

I posted a review alone with picture The mailbox arrived dented on the top and dented on the bottom I was going to try to keep it but after two weeks of dreading opening the dang thing because the locking mechanism is the worst ever designed I would never recommend this mailbox to anybody you need a pair of channel lock pliers just to open the Jenkee lock . I’m sending it back
