After failing to find a chair that I had previously purchased I took a chance on this one. It's actually more comfortable than my old one. The padding on the arm rest is a plus as I tend to rest my elbows on them. My other chair just had plastic ones and found it uncomfortable. You get a bit of back tilt but not too much. Love the breathable back support. Customer support is great. There was an issue with the shipment and they were very helpful in resolving it. It's a recommended buy in my opinion. I've seen similar chairs twice the price.

I purchased this chair for my study desk and I have been absolutely in love with it. It is super comfy and made with leather seat. It is relatively affordable in compare to other high pricy chair. The arm rest could be folded back if you need more space. The only draw back is the chair does not tilt back, it tends to stay back straight and could not be tilted back for relaxing. Overall, it is a really good and high quality desk chair and it only took me 15 minutes to set up the chair.

After 12 years, my home office chair decided it was done supporting me. I didn't want to spend a whole lot of money on a new chair and after looking at other models and reviews, I decided the LCH just might work. The price was perfect!The chair was easy to put together (by myself) - the directions were easy to follow and all necessary tools and equipment was provided. The only time I had some trouble was putting the seat onto the arms. It would have gone quicker had I had someone to help hold the seat in place; however, with some maneuvering, I was able to get it.The chair is great! Firm seat! Love the headrest! The more I sit in this chair the more I realize I should have replaced my old chair sooner. So far, no regrets on this purchase.

I'm loving this chair so far. I love how comfortable it is and the quality shows compared to other cheaper chairs I've sat in. I have an ultrawide monitor stack set up and the head rest comes in handy when I'm editing. Assembly was easy and clear albeit I'm not a stranger to putting things together.

This chair did not work for me, it had features that i was looking for - head rest, height adjustable, adjustable arm rest. But the back is not adjustable and all i have to do i sit straight and cannot lean back. Also, the neck support was way too high for me, i'm 5.1 and there was no way i could bring neck support lower. The neck support was like head support, that made me sit in an awkward position and soon started having aches. It has some features but not all to make it work for everybody

Love the chair. I have back injuries from the car accident so needed a good chair with ergonomic support. This very well. The one thing I'd change is the ability to lower the chair another 4-6 inches. I'm 5'2" so not being able to lower it is kind of a pain. I have a small box that I put under my feet but I'd prefer not to have to do that. But that is my only complaint.

It's a pretty flimsy chair, but you get what you pay for. It was cheap. The right arm of the chair broke less than a month after I received it. The arm is a few inches lower than the left with no way to make them even again. If I had to do it again I'd pay a little more for better quality.

I like the chair just fine. I like that the arms swing up. That is very convenient for my office setup. What I didn't like was that I was unable to assemble it myself. I am elderly, and not very strong, so that is something that may not impact a younger person or one more mechanically inclined than I. So I recommend it with that caveat.
