Very nice and sturdy, but I bought it because it was suppose to stay at the 24 inch position when needed. I needed tie 24 inch so it could be stored under my counter, it will not stay in this position therefore it is useless for me to keep. Is there any factory warrantee or can it be repaired? Please contact me with an answer, thank you.

Good solid stool with excellent swivel. I would buy this again in a second if I needed another stool. Would have given it 5 stars but a decorative bit from the bottem was missing. Fortunately the bit was only decorative and not needed.

The ad is extremely misleading as it shows two stools in the picture and actually states "LCH Swivel Bar Stools" (stools and in 2 or more) which is actually why I purchased it (them) over others I was considering.

I bought it for my kitchen. It was very easy to assemble except for the "cap" you need to remove from the hydraulic mechanism was missing from mine. after struggling to try to remove the orange plastic part (which is necessary) I found a youtube video and realized the problem.It's a keeper!!

Great chairs, comfy. Did have a couple marks on them.

Got these for my fifties themed kitchen (juke box etc.), and they are great. One did break after my son came home, but he's notorious for breaking chairs. The other three are going strong.

I'm happy with design but it is bummer that the stool foot support grinding stem of the stool and therefore it looks awful. I noticed scratches after a first day of use and it have gone worse after use. Both of these have same issue.
